I drink milk/chocolate milk every day. For the longest time, I had stomach issues with my stomach being too acidic, and I couldn't eat in the mornings. I had to slowly drink water until I felt OK to eat, but sometimes the water made me feel worse. Now I've been drinking milk every morning, and I'm able to eat right basically away, and I don't have the same tummy problems I did before! Plus, it's an excellent source of protein, healthy fats, and vitamins like vitamin D 🥰 I used to be underweight for my height and I'm now to a healthy weight and it's all thanks to milk! 🐮❤ For anyone lactose intolerant, there is lactose free milk as well 🥰

If you stop drinking milk you can become lactose intolerant as adults can stop producing the enzymes to digest it

So, I’m from Buenos Aires and I call it “Castilian”. The reason was explained before. “Spanish” doesn’t exist, it’s actually Castilian, but they rebranded it as “Spanish” after Nueva Planta decree in an attempt by Bourbons to make the different peoples of the new country to come together, exterminating regional languages, as they imported the French centralized Model. Calling it “Spanish” is like calling English “British”; it’s not “British”, it’s “English”. So, most people calling the language “Spanish” doesn’t mean it’s correct.
