The Geo Pro salesman is wrong. The Water Miser system doesn't give instant hot water. It saves you water by recirculating the water into the storage tank until it becomes hot at which time the tinted tube will change color. You do not waste water waiting for the hot water to come out. The Boundaries salesman showed the hook by the door and I noticed it had counter sink style screws even though the brackets didn't have a counter sink thus the screws were sitting proud of the bracket - poor quality in my book.

I wish No Bo would offer a front kitchen rear bed setup then I’d go for it. Until then it’s the Geo Pro 20fks!

2022 Geo Pro 19FBS owner here. It's a solid unit and has been worth every penny. I added another solar panel to the roof and carry two more portable panels that connect to the side port. Upgraded to a 200ah lithium battery and relocated it to the passthru under the bed. Also upgraded the 20lb propane tanks to 30lbs. The trailer hauls very well and goes everywhere we want to go.

Cruiser RV is a bottom end manufacturer. I compare them to Forest River and Grand Design because their quality control isn't consistent and they have build issues across the board. I have seen floor to frame bolts and nuts missing underneath, and when drilling the floor cups for tables, they have drilled into the fresh water tank which caused a leak and mold to form between the tank and the floor. These manufacturers need to pay their help more and hire quality people to build and inspect the work they do. Forget the PDI and do your own thorough inspection before buying a Cruiser trailer or you may end up with serious problems.

This must be before the G.D. has all them bent frames.

After doing some research, I'm pretty sure that the Ember has a slide out on the driver's side (for the sofa). Even though the interior is roomy enough without opening it, it's a HUGE fundamental difference from the Basecamp, a HUGE potential for problems, AND, it's a make-or-break feature for some buyers. So, why wasn't the slide out included in the comparison? I'm also pretty sure that Ember used Forest River's IBEX 19QBS as a floorplan template which is a great layout, too. Oh, and another important feature for comparison is awning capability. The Basecamp requires 2 people to slide a fabric tent through a channel, which is another potential deal breaker for solo travelers, especially those of us who are vertically challenged.

Where is the switch for the vent fan in the living area on a 2022 stryker toy hauler?

I have a 2021 17 xke . All of the veneer, woodgrain is peeling from all cabinets. Any ideas on how to fix?

When even the salesperson acknowledges the TV is in the kitchen there's a problem with the floorplan.

It seems hands-down to me, 171FB! Queen bed, 8 cu ft fridge, stargazer, and NO WOOD, plus that amazing suspension.

Both are beautiful. Jayco interior is way nicer. 😊

Can I trade in my 2022 199 mbs?

I'd miss the awning with the horse trailer, I mean Basecamp. OTOH, the Basecamp your kid can ride their pony right through the rear hatch. And the interior gives me the nostalgic feel of reminding me of my crew quarters on my frigate in the Navy, 2 decks below the main deck. That nice dark feel that made you sleepy just going down there. Ah.... Sorry to be so critical of the Airstream, but it seems they just don't include a lot for the high price they charge. The Ember has so much more light, features, and not so enclosed feeling. And a dry bathroom, and real-sized refrigerator. 4 cubic feet in the horse trailer is the size I have in my office, but would never cut it for more than 1 person for more than a weekend.

Jayco would have been my preferred unit IF they would have maintained the 6'9"" interior ceiling height like most of their other units.

I’d rather have more solar than and stereo, tv outside graphics or outside kitchen - give me 600 watts

AirStream BaseCamp was made to be used with Small to MidSize SUV's that can tow MAXIMUM 5000 lbs. The Ember is way over 5000 LBS. You need a large SUV and/or a Truck. You can't compare the two - apples to oranges.

my inlaws have a cougar, and my husband and I just purchased our 337RLS by Grand Design. Absolutely hands down no contest. Grand Design is so much better.

I'm really feeling the Jayco. I like the fact that the area around the kitchen isn't walled off so that you can see beyond it from the bedroom. I also like the layout of the Jayco bathroom a little more, and the extra door going into it is a plus. The Jayco also has a great platform in front of the TV plus that cool storage behind it. Just seems roomier.

After comparing Basecamp and Embers we went with ember. Checkout my channel to see how well that’s going

I'm not sure about these specific models but I went this past Sunday and walked through a bunch of Cougars and a bunch of grand designs (reflections being some of them) I found the grand design to "feel" sturdier, not as much "camper" feel. That's just my opinion I think both brands have a lot to offer. Currently own my first 5th wheel - it's an old 2008 Copper Canyon. I'm looking to upgrade this year and will likely purchase a Grand Design.

We were boondocking and were surrounded by trees and batteries didn’t stay charged by solar panel. Most RVs can run with the propane but our frig runs solely on the solar.

Basic requirement for a modern off road trailer is an articulating hitch. Neither has one. These are very light off roaders at best. And why would ember put a fridge above the outside griddle? Going to be fun accessing that while cooking.

Both are great units, but Keystone has my vote.
