When life gives you lemons, what do you do with them? Over here at The Squeeze-we talk about it-"it" being our mental health and well being. Host Taylor Lautner's (no, not that guy, but she is married to that guy) introduction to mental health was at a young age, witnessing friends and family suffer in ways she couldn't fully understand. She started a nursing career in the peak of the pandemic and has been struggling with her own mental health ever since. Tay is joined by co-host, husband Taylor Lautner, in addition to celebrity and expert guests to further the conversation surrounding mental wellness. At the end of the day, we're all pretty similar; even those living in the lime-est of lights can be weighed down by sour lemons. In addition to sharing coping strategies and stories, we hope that above all, this podcast offers the comfort of knowing you are not alone.

Taylor your voice is so soothing thank u for sharing ur story ❤
why did this interviewer literally ask such negative leaning questions? Like she acted like she didnt know anything..... Riley is great though
She's tooooooooo prettyyyyy❤❤❤❤
IM TEAM JACOB
I love you guys soooo much and I’m following the instagrams!
Good job Taylors!😂❤
RIP!❤😢
I relate to this SO MUCH
No idea why the algorithm suggested this to me. I can’t believe 50,000 people watch this. The two doing the interviewing are terrible, just terrible. podcasting is not their forte. I’ve got no idea who the guest is but she’s got nothing interesting to say, and I just couldn’t watch more than 20 minutes of this boring conversation. Could you imagine being friends with these three?
It’s so true! Since diagnosis people bear around the bush with me so much it makes me feel like a non person. They know not but there is a lot of info out there on how to cope when a loved one gets cancer. I like to look stuff up tho but that’s how I see it
44:15❤❤
I live in Colorado!!! I know where winter park is but I’m from a ways away still. I’ve lost dogs and lost a cat too.
What we need to be asking is why is this happening. There should be NO REASON a 26 year old should be dying from cancer. What a lovely young woman. Hoping her family finds some peace and healing. Excellent episode. ❤
What a beautiful interview! I admire the strength this woman has. I pray for her and the other families that are having to go through this. May God hold and bless them all.
Taylor Hill is such a sweetheart! But one of Taylor should work on her speech, she said "like" one million times during podcast, it sounds really bad
I was gonna complain abt ur comment then i realized it and i agree now 😭
It's alright tho she has a terrible social anxiety and she doesn't do much talk shows. She'll defenetly get the catch of it someday.
This podcast is so respectful❤❤❤
Having this happen in my home town and still waiting for justice for these poor victims is awful. Thank you for giving this mama the chance to speak❤
She is strong! Mindset is on point
Taylor should seriously consider becoming a licensed therapist. He has such a nice way of speaking, very personable and empathetic.
The gynecologist I went to told me, “well what do you want me to do about it?” He got mad after I responded. “You tell me, aren’t you the doctor?” I’ve never walked out on a doctor… ever!
❤
Thank you for your contributions! ❤
I’m going to write my best body of work… bit weird
The way she Keeos saying vandal strong is so bizarre to me
This was beautiful ❤
It’s a shame Taylor is so insecure and makes endless subtle digs at Tay. I hope she can see that.
SLO county is a sacred jewel to those of us born & raised there. Allison is amazing! How she's handled it all is just unbelievable. Being so strong for herself and her children. Sending her so much love!
Such an excellent and inspirational segment! I love the strength, courage, transparency, and love that is Stacy Chapin. What an amazing family! Prayers for continued peace and comfort as Ethan's family moves forward with their lives, honoring his memory every step of the way.
I Love her. She is so amazing. Finally, I got your CZcams channel. Thanks🇳🇵🥰
You were funny in Rediclous 6
I have stage 4 cancer also and honestly I disagree. I think it’s better to learn to be thankful and ditch the complaining.
She’s just saying that everyone is valid no matter what. I’m stage 4 as well and I agree being positive helps soooo much and a grateful heart is a healthy heart but there is toxic levels of positivity. I hope you’re doing ok!
Awkward much ?!🫢🫢🫢🤣👯♀️🤣
She’s very fucking sketch !!!
I just watched it and cried as well. So powerful!
I also bawl everytime I hear that song. I played it for my 78 year old father and we both cried. We lost my mother in 2011 and it’s been very hard on us but now I have to understand that I will lose my father and be parent less. 😢
You can’t gain weight if you’re not in a caloric surplus
I gained 80 lbs in one year and it turns out i have hashimotos disease my dr got my hormones balanced and I finally stopped gaining weight
❤❤❤
A true Believer, I guess
Grief is something that we really don't talk about enough in a real way.... Lost my son as well. Good talk.
I'm an introvert...I'm a Sagittarius, antisocial, ever since I was a kid I use to wear black and white and I always spend my time by myself Sagittarius rather spend time with themselves than spend time with friends...😍 You have beautiful eyes btw haha ^•^
Good for Taylor and Taylor. Great podcast. I’ll tell you what’s amazing. That is monsters who think they “ended” someone’s soul. They have not. Physically that person may be gone but his legacy will leave on. This mom is an amazing mom. I hope nothing but the best.
This is such a good one. TayHill being so real in here, I can definitely feel the love for Tate 🤍
~Could not have been more timely for me! Thank you to all T’s of you! ✨✨✨
Beautiful interview normalizing therapy as life coaching tools, absolutely 1000% Good job everyone. So brave and beautiful. Thank you!
Acho? Kacey Kenny? Can anyone clarify these references? Thanks!
Nastia is a LEGEND. ( and a really cool person)
❤❤
Is there a reason the hosts are so whispery/soft-spoken? No shade, but it felt more like ASMR than a podcast… Their voices are almost *too* calming like borderline boring.
Oh mannn, I've been hearing that more people have been getting diabetes diagnoses after covid :( Hope she is able to manage it well and keep dancing!
