buddy you quieted down the audio in the jets game there are videos of it being much louder then any of these swedish chants that you cant hear any of the music or announcments just search up their first playoff game back
this is good but u have to give it to the winnipeg jets tho they are louder than this and come up with creative chants too
Swedish, Czech and us in Finland are the best in europe. There is just so big of a difference between fanbases in Finland, teams like Ässät, Ilves, HIFK have amazing fans but the rest are pretty mid. I love the European hockey fan culture, i went to a few NHL games and they were quiet as shit compared to Finland

I like the nhl but I dont mind the shl. Djurgårdens has a good atmosphere. The rivalry they have with AIK and sodertalje is something special. For me, it would be any team in the nhl except Montreal. They have a good team, but I dont really like them.

I'm swedish and I prefer NHL. Because i love the sound of rock hard passes and the sound of the crispy sound the skates make, and the speed in the NHL is so much more entertaining to watch. But when one of the players from the home team scores i prefer the SHL because they only say the first name of the scorer and then let the arena scream the last name.
Europe sports fans are 10x better than than American sports fans 💀

i went to an SHL game, its not exactly like the video but it does get loud at the start update for no one to read. that SHL game 1 year ago i was invited because it was my birthday, turns out i didnt really like Växjö Lakers so i picked HV71. since then ive been to 6 HV71 games this season. i still stand by my point, not always this good but we still have better fans than NHL :)

well Swedish hockey fans have that football chanting culture in their backbones that they have implemented into the hockey.

I visited Stockholm in March 2020 and saw Djurgården v. Rögle in Hovet.... Djurgården crowd stood up and chanted THE ENTIRE TIME. I loved it!
Every team has a place for the home and asay supporters on opposite sides of the arena så they can stand upp
European sports culture is just better in general.

I watched Swedish hockey for the first time this playoffs and instantly could tell how different the atmosphere was nice watching färjestad go on that run loved luleå that crowd was crazy too

last game in Montreal this season was louder than everything else and it literally went on for the entire game.
I commented on another video saying it gave me chills, and I have to say the same for this one. These fans are phenomenal, my goodness. Even in Vancouver the ONLY chant is "Go Canucks Go" and it's embarrassing. We've only started with the viking clap, which is great with a full stadium but apart from that hardly anyone in the lower bowl is wearing a jersey or making any noise. Tickets cost too much, parking is $30 around the stadium, a can of alcohol is $10, ugh. This looks like so much fun to be at, though. "ole ole ole ole, ole ole ola!!" :D

It's always been like this, is like comparing football/soccer fans with American Football. Europeans are just passionate in a different way. And I love it! Just wish Ice Hockey was bigger in London, UK. I guess I just will have to pop to fellow Sweden to watch a game !
It would be wonderful if England invested more in hockey. After all, this is where you can find the origin of the sport. They are far from bad but they need a better organization. Poor families cannot afford to buy the equipment and this applies in all countries.
