I disagree on the DLC part since they would of NOT say 7 in ALL THE BOARDS, because if they said JUST 7 boards then why WOULD OF have the chance to get DLC.

Dude you have to complete dream team. Forget Paper Jam. Dream Team in my opinion out of all M&L games has the best Soundtrack.

We need new characters like Pauline, Geno, Goombella and Vivian. They deserve a chance!

Honestly just the size of this DLC made it great. Even if we didn't get any new characters or custom items and the tracks all looked how wave 1 looked that's still 48 tracks full of a ton of spectacular ones. Yes it would suck to not see any improvements as the waves go on but getting 48 tracks for 25 bucks is amazing, especially since there's so many fan favorites.

How will the next Mario Kart expand?

It was just really great they kept mk8 alive for a decade. Everyone wanted a new mk but they got the bcp and they weren't happy at first but they started to love it. I liked it because Nintendo never really puts a second mario kart on the same console. It was much cheaper than a new game. And it gave us birdo kamek, Diddy kong, Pete piranha,funky kong, a new way for custom items,and a brand new end credits

I know we just had a massive DLC that honestly could pass for a whole game, but I just love Mario Kart and I hope the launch title is Mario Kart 10. Unless they wanna give us a Super Mario 3D World 2 or a Mario 64 remake as a launch.

3:20 another thought does was map that was plan for main game or dlc to superstar. Sorry but didn’t see much for superstar.

2 ways think this can go. We get wave in the new Mario party or one off update for. Superstars for like a year or 2. Sadly waves. More likely. Guesss lot like me want just normal dlc not waves stuff.

"With the last Nintendo Direct, we have gotten some fan favorites which means that this direct was for everyone" I liked the direct and all especially the new Mario & Luigi, Metroid Prime 4 and the new Mario Party but where the hell is Tomodachi Life? I mean Miitopia got into Switch and it was a 3DS port. Same thing should happen to Tomodachi Life but it hasn't been announced yet. Hopefully it will be announced at the september direct as after that direct, the switch's successor might be announced in early-middle 2025 for the feburary or june direct.

i'm glad we actually got western land and mario's rainbow castle, even if it isn't dlc for superstars, but i'm not getting my hopes up for dlc this time because NDCube really disappointed me by not adding more boards and minigames to superstars lol

In my opinion, THIS is the game in which we need DLC (or new things getting added later on), not Superstars. If we get DLC with new boards, we could eventually break the board record of Mario Party. Mario Party had 10 boards and they showcased all the boards of Super Mario Party Jamboree (although they didn’t do a in-depth description of Mega Wiggler’s Tree Party and King Bowser’s Keep), which is shown to be 7 (for now). So Jamboree has the 2nd most boards, but then you ask yourself: “They say it’s the biggest Mario Party ever. It has the most characters, minigames, most complex boards but not the most boards? How could the very first Mario Party even have more?” But all in all yeah. DLC for this game to bring the board count up to 11/12 (so this game breaks the record of most boards in a Mario Party game thus breaking the record of every important milestone) would be nice

Brace for wall of text!❗️ If I ever had a chance to sit down and humbly talk with Miyamoto, my wishlist would be down below: Two major important things to get outta the way first 1: Develop a decent background for Waluigi and finally let this scheming sports charmer of a food culinary thief mechanic and wrecker have his OWN games. Preferrably and based on the wide array of things hes known for 2: At least have a Wario & Waluigi have their own series: Like retcon? that they ARE brothers but didnt know until later. Same father ( Spike ! )different mother. Reason why Waluigi didnt appear as baby in Yoshi Island games. Have them explore that as final conclusion of a buddy game ANYWAY: The list.. - Waluigi gets his own game( s ) and cleared up relations with Wario - Wario & Waluigi games aka: Partners/ Brothers ( chronologically AFTER they find out )in Crime. Wario & Waluigi: Heist/ Grand Heist of the Night/ Shenanigans Abound etc. Titles reflecting boths personalities, interests, occupations - Have Link from the Zelda games return to be LEFT handed in games with more mature graphical and aesthetical looks, like BotW and TotK. Zero excuse regarding controls, Switch isnt dead-set on being mainly right handed as the Wii - Have Yoshi games with all mainly known colors of yoshis be included and all colors linked to unique abilities alongside universal yoshi abilities - Have orange spotted Toads appear in mainline games and future films - Have Wario AND Waluigi appear in films aswell

something i want to bring up with the intro that there's some pretty big empty spaces on the map with the boards, the beach area is really barren and there's a crack on the walls on the right side, there's an empty lot in the grassy area, shy guys are in what i can only assume a construction for western land and there's similar construction things on top of the mountain so maybe there's unlockable boards for the game like with the kamek one in super

This game looks like it's gonna have the most content since the Gamecube era, so im not complaining

My guess is that SMPJ was originally going to be dlc for SMP but too many ideas came to mind that they decided to start from scratch and make a fresh new game that is a sequel just like Mario galaxy 2 and tears of the kingdom. However what they could do for the switch 2 is rerelease jamboree as a DX version (unlikely), release a super Mario party 3, release a superstars 2, or make a Mario party ultimate

I plan to get Brothership for Christmas. I hope I don't get spoiled too much about the game before I play it!

Me personally I'm glad they ditched Superstars and went for a new game, I don't really like Superstars. Roster is a massive downgrade from Super, few boards and only 2 that I like, the minigames just feel the same and are unbalanced as hell, and so many coin minigames.

Why is no one talking about the voices for Mario and Luigi? They sound amazing! Guess Mario bros' new VA is impoving!
