Got an electrical problem? Call Tony! Don’t call me cause people are shocked when they find out how little I know about electricity. 🤣 That was my comment. Here’s my criticism, that was too much rain. And here’s my concern, I hope that old converter keeps working for many more years. 👍👍🤠

Wow. I thought the converter was mine until I saw the glass fuses. I'm in a 1982 24 foot motorhome. I have a BW3230 that still runs, but it has a separate fuse panel with automotive style fuses. The Fuse panel is on the outside of the coach by the shore power cord along with the circuit breaker panel.

What kind of Amp draw did you have on the 3 DC circuits ? Are the fuse to big or to small for the draw, but it looks like the new lights are LED’s Maybe an independent converter and a fuse block for the 3 if the converter needs replacement or goes out. 😊

I marvel at the engineering and design of those upper and lower plates but what a waste if the working and moving parts are made of inferior materials that can't withstand the environment they'll be subjected to. Demand of the component supplier to produce the spur gear, track, cable, etc. out of quality materials that can last! If they can't or won't, drop them from being supplier or scrap the bed lift feature altogether. Not a good sign on a brand new unit! I'd be leary of it coming down on me as I drive the interstate at 60 mph. What happens in the field away from knowledgiable techs as yourself, when the bed refuses to lift, pinning the seats in prone position and you need to vacate the campsite/parking space? Thanks for the video, the efforts and tenacity needed to address the issue, but mostly the exposure of this design and now we know of at least one potenial serious problem associated with this feature.

Great review. I particularly liked the update and the tweaks. I just installed these on a 2008 Cardinal 5th wheel with 4-5/8" louvered vents. Big difference. I have a total of six vents and a dual AC system feeding the same dual trunk lines. It looks like I can use one AC now, as I have better air flow though most of the system. I used a digital thermometer to gauge temps through the rig, did not have the air flow meter. The furthest location from the main AC unit is generally 1-3 degrees cooler that other areas. Since the air velocity is the least at this location, I just leave the dump valve on the second AC open. I will likely tweak further. I took my time while enlarging the new holes from 4-5/8 to 5-1/4 so I have a snug fit (thanks for showing that in your install). For now I have not screwed any of the new vents in place. i will complete when I can't tweak further. Again, great vid. BTW, the folks at RV Airflow systems called me before sending the vents to confirm the size and wanted to know if I measured. I confirmed that I was planning to enlarge the vent openings and mentioned your review.
