You can now ad The Map Group UK Stadium to the list ,home of the Anchors ,otherwise known as Stockton Town FC ,also home of the Railway ,and the inventor of the Friction Match ,John Walker .
You forgot Meadownbank!
Sadly missed this video; good to see it now though! HUP NAC!
Just a Note: Edinburgh Capitols haven't existed for about a decade. There is no team from Edinburgh in the UK league anymore.
you didnt say first second and third league you said one two and three league
Hearts played at 4 other locations before moving to Tynecastle in 1886. Also the Gorgie stand does have one concession to space constraints. Though not quite a corner cut-off like the Fester Road stands the the number of seating rows is reduced at one end.. (Bottom right in the image shown)
can you do PSAC stadiums
Well done again! A great short film.
Really enjoyed your post! Many thanks.
Track on grass at Myreside Stadium?
Ur favorite stadium as u said I’m the video has also the best atmosphere especially because they have 2 teams playing in the same stadium Sampdoria and Genoa
The Eleanor Rugby joke was great! Dad jokes done right I say. My fave is Murrayfield and Tynecastle but I'd pref Hibs for reasons...
Dont come to mexico their is shortage of water and everthing so dont come and massive psicosis
Paisley's not a city mate. It's the biggest town in Scotland and considerably bigger than some of the actual cities, such as Perth or Stirling.
you say gesa stadium like geesa not guessa
When it comes to the amateur rugby grounds, the capacity is usually just dictated by whatever the club record attendances were. When Edinburgh played at Myreside, the ground only held around 7,000. Granted that they used temporary stands on the ends of the pitch
Golden acre home of Stewart melville rugby ainsley park home of the Spartans fc boroughmuir Rugby club shared with Tynecastle fc Meadowbank sports center home of Edinburgh City, Leith Athletic, Hibs woman, boroughmuir Thistle LFC just a few you missed
Villa Park is a special ground - was great for FA Cup semi-finals and so glad it has been redeveloped in a way that has kept its identity.
Am I the only one using giraffe scale 🤔✌️
£6 million to build a stadium with dozens of pillars... SMH
It's because the SRU are reluctant on building permanent stands until they have a long term idea on supporter numbers, or at least that's the excuse. The majority of the £6 million went into the pitch and foundation work for potential renovation
@@sumboi2321 Fair enough pal, but after 151 years in existence, you would have thought that SRU would have a grip on supporter numbers by now...
The person who said MOLINEUX STADIUM WAS IN BIRMINGHAM strikes again!
aye more superb scottish stadiums
Came for the stadiums stayed for the sketches 😂😂😂😂😂
You have the capacity of Tynecatle is wrong the capacity of Tynecastle is 20,099 not 19852
Stadiums of Greater Manchester pls
You missed Edinburgh City and Spartans
It says at the start that the minimum size for inclusion is 4,000
🇱🇻❤️🇱🇻
East coast weirdos
Noice!
Lot of history behind these grounds, and the Glasgow ones too, more than many people realise. Murrayfield - 1st stadium to have undersoil heating. Easter Road - 1st stadium I actually had a clenched fist swapping experience at 😇 Hey Bruce, what happened to Goldenacre, Meggetland, Inverleith, Ainslie Park, etc.,
They're all too small - at the start of the video it gives a minimum capacity for inclusion of 4,000.
@@gordon1545 Meggetland is 4,500
Meadowbank?
just a sports centre
@@just_some_guy_innit It still has some seating.
...But not enough to get it over the minimum 4,000 capacity for this video since its last redevelopment.
The old ground was large but the new stadium only has about 500 seats
Can you do Port of Spain, Trinidad ?
It was traditional in the claymores games for the fan to be introduced to the players !
love Hibs and hearts grounds
Glasgow is good video ( minus Celtic park )
minus the biggest stadium. on yer bike ya clown
A good one is Vienna. First Vienna is an interesting ground tucked away in the hills, plus Ernst Hapoel, Rapid, Austria, etc..
Have you done Belfast yet?
Croatia > Haiti ✊🏻
You missed out The Spartans F.C. , Edinburgh City
Neither of them meet the capacity rules, especially Meadowbank.
@@livifan45it definitely holds more than the claimed capacity and it has the history of the Commonwealth Games so it probably should be included as with Goldenacre.
@@ewangent Meadowbank is only licensed for 1,320. It says at the start that the minimum size for inclusion is 4,000
Moronic commentary with feeble attempts at humour. Waste of a good opportunity
Subbed
What team u do you support im rovers personally
Please do one on wafl stadiums

In Lyon we also call the Groupama Stadium The "Stade des Lumières" as it was called before it was opened, as well as "Parc OL" for UEFA competitions since they can't use brand names. The problem with "Stadium" is that it's not really pretty to say "Groupama Stade", and while I don't know the exacts terms of the contract between the brands and the stadiums, it's possible they ask to be put in front. So, no "Stade Groupama"?
Scotstoun is pronouced as scotstown...its also locally called the showgrounds or shoggies and was also home to victoria park athletic club along with victoria drive secondary football team when the school was still around... Fun fact at one point glasgow had the 3 largest football grounds in the world...hampden is the forth different one. Its a pale shadow of a ground now.
I hope they can find a way to expand Canac Stadium without losing the terrace and kids playground and without forcing their move into the outfield
finland's national basketball teams home arena is metro areena btw, media cube is getting upgraded for next season and kiekko espoo is getting promoted to top league. You forgot also the home arena of esport oilers (floorball) and tapiolan honka (basketball) Tapiolan urheiluhalli (tapiola sportshall), home arena of westend indians (floorball) Otahalli and Tikkurilan jäähalli (Tikkurila icehall) Kiekko-vantaa (hockey)
