I'm no expert by far but i do know what my SCX6 looks like and that looks much more Redcat Clawback than SCX6 to me. Is it a Frankentruck build?

And to make matters wprse..worse... I'm still on the stock FCX18 plastic driveshafts out to the axles... so the metal transmission gears can't even hold up to plastic driveshafts.

Wpl is low quality. Injora wide TRX4m portal axles would of been better.

Add some weight to the bed around center. That helped mine. I put 1 red brick on it with zip ties.

Got water in the BEC on the RHINO ESC. Sprayed with CorrosionX and it's working again just fine. Now I coated I with dielectric grease -- heavy -- and then put dielectric grease in a nitrile glove and stuffed the esc inside (it doesn't need much in the way of cooling anyway) and seems it will be much more water resistant now!!!! 😊

How comparable are those with the WLTOYS k969 (don’t know if you ever had one) and what about the steering angle ?

For $30 the ready to go almost anywhere fun is non stop, lol yes you do! Do need a smooth surface at least but I could see having a blast when stuck at an airport find a quiet terminal area and let er rip.. chasing harassing walkers and whatnot lol. This is pocket size fun for sure!!! Got it on Ali of course. 🎉

Thanks I got the chassis done and axles coming tomorrow --- will show another mock up with progress. Gotta build the 4 links and the piece together long enough drive shaft for the rear. 💪

Yeah no need for much balance here dudes... the setup is for rock crawling and the rigs top speed is about 7-8mph lol. I've been running the silver wheels for years with inflatable tire tubes and the regular size valve stem in the tire already outs the setup well out of balance... never had an issue. It's just not got that much wheelspeed even on 6s. The motors are only 350kv. Made for mega low end torque for an extreme terrain Hauler truck!

Also, the front (and rear) was like this for years w/out issue. The gear damage occured after i removed all the excess grease from the rear recently out of annoyance of the mess. When your motors hits with 1000watts force trust me all that grease helps the gears take a LASHING (pun intended)

Ha cute. I can say i just ran an entire 5s pack thru it and ALIVE motor with no issues at all! I run up the whole system before putting the motor pinion cover on and the excess spooges right out. All good my friends!!! :)

If it helps for data --- that's drive brought 6s 4000mah 60C discharge in at 23.4volts resting after the drive or around 3.9vilts per cell....... lots of drive time was left after about 13minutes hard running
