Paisley Park is an active museum, state-of-the-art recording studio, and concert venue in Chanhassen, MN. For nearly 30 years, the facility served as Prince’s home, creative sanctuary and production complex. Fulfilling Prince’s vision that Paisley Park would one day be open to the public, the venue today welcomes fans, musicians, and audiophiles for tours, concerts, festivals and special events.
When Prince wrote the song “Paisley Park,” he envisioned a place of love and peace, where there aren’t any rules or limitations for creativity. The lyrics became a reality when Paisley Park opened its doors in 1987. Since then, it has inspired respect, ideas, connection, community, and spirituality and furthered Prince’s legacy of creative freedom.

Mr. Hayes, thank you for all the work you put in. Your right prince was a generous man. People don't know how much he did for the black community. He knew if he wanted to reach the white community he had to stand beside white girls to be on white magazines. But he always uplifted the black community, a lot of black girlfriends, helping fellow black men. He gave Ms. Collins a lot of money to help black men too. I'd like to hear about some of the success that came out of that, and think about how young he was doing that. He usually covered black songs so they would be paid, when he could of played his own songs, he had plenty to choose from. Morris we heard you so much in the 90's on prince's stuff, your vocals and keys. You helped prince look good in performance. That's why he reflected back and kissed your hand. He knew he owed you more than he gave. And why he built you a house by his. Did you have to pay property taxes on it? Or was it included. Your a true friend to prince and show your appreciation of him. What a great soul you are.

It was Prince's favorite song on the album.
Hiatus has a strong Prince influence specially on the vocals. They did a great song called ´Nakamarra´ (not this one). I am not sure if Prince said he loved it or not but probably enjoyed, since he liked good pop music.
I feel sorry for you..Maybe check out "When the knife" live at Sydney Opera House. It's one of my top 10 Songs..

Just wanted to know why Sue Ann Carewell was not included she and Prince spent a lot of time together at my Mother's house, the Mother of TC Ellis and Chi Ellis, where Prince, Sue Ann, Chi and others spent a lot of time in the Basement doing their music. My brother TC Ellis founded the High School for Recording Art---St. Paul. As said David, Sue Anne and Chi spent a lot of time with Prince.

Amazing yes. But I’m going to take the other side, and ask what happened between Prince and this guitar tech that the guitar tech was so angry that he would do that. Not taking sides - just wanting to know the other side of the story. Likely will never hear it though.
