Hey! So I currently have Ryzen 3600 with B450m Motherboard. I got excited and got a sweet deal for an rtx 3070 suprim X. However now I try to play games like Black Myth Wukong with high graphics (1080p). Can you suggest me a better cpu upgrade? My options are r5 5600x and r7 5700x.

AMD is pain from a person who owns AMD never cares of cost I want performance AMD should work on developing things than price game. RCOm sucks at time when does it's real bad . Can't develop as good as CUDA atleast make good tensor cores bit no. Oprn GL isn't bad it need development and optimisation but I don't see efforts. RDNA doesn't do much . RCOm official support 😂vs opensource community support ❤.

Hi ! So I have a question? Ryzen 9 7950x3d with rtx 4080 or the intel i9 14900k with rtx 4080. I have a 1440p monitor and I will use the pc for gaming, editing, coding possibly among other stuff like photo editing and mostly learning after effects. I have heard there are problems with both the cpus in some ways, like the and one isn’t that stable due to 3d cache memory and taking longer bootup times and resetting cache and with intel stuff like overheating and heavy power consumption plus the recent crashes that so many people have been reporting. Which do you think is my best bet between the 2 cpus

I just saw two other reviews of this. The first one was by a professional artist that draws about 8 hours a day and he said after like a month it was extremely scratched up and it wore down the tips pretty easily. Then I saw a video that was posted like yesterday and he said he recommends that. Don't use the metal tips that come with it. But if you don't it would like wear down. Normal tips really fast. That's what happens with paper licking normal apple pencil tips. Both reviews that I saw the product only lasted like 2 to 3 months and if you're spending like $40 every 2 to 3 months it gets really expensive. And I live in Canada with shipping. It's like closer to $80. I definitely couldn't afford to pay that every 3 months

Basically, as long as your CPU is decent (Most I5 and Ryzen5 after 2020 or similar are imo) you can play most games, esp with an RX5000+ or any RTX card. A better Graphics card will just give eye Candy, and will mostly make a difference in very recent AAA titles. Im still running an RX590, and for most Indie games and all Multiplayer titles ive played so far, it served me well. And I think thats beatiful, its a good time for PC gamers

As of May 2024, the 6700xt/6750xt is around $300. If you’re considering playing at 1440p, it’s really worth it to go for the 12GB GPU and have the ability to enjoy some of the prettier, modern era AAA ports like the God of War, Spider-man, and Horizon games.

The 7700xt is way better for 1440p just behind the 7800xt. The 7700xt can run most gpu intensive titles at high or ultra settings fine. The 7800xt is better for future proofing your pc for the upcoming games that are launching and are gpu intensive for running at (I'm not sure about this) about ultra/ high settings. High settings should get you there

the 6650XT is the best price to performance card for 1080p. However, if you do not play gpu intensive games, you can use it in 1440p and it will be a smooth experience.

Heres the thing, 3000 series is dirt cheap, has options for upgrading without the motherboard being changed, and should be enough for the 3060 ti so long as its not a cpu demanding game like fps games(which youd still be able to play, but not at super high Frame rates), obviously the 5800x3d is way better, but its way more expensive and if they are getting a 3060ti then its clear they ahve a limited budget and you shouldnt be reccomending something that expensive

Nah. The 3600 is valid but if u can spend £100 then get a 5600x. But a 5700/5800 is a bad call bc it means the next time u wanna upgrade u needa upgrade the mobo too which especially going from 5000 to 7000 series is expensive

Honestly a 3800x shouldn't bottleneck a 3070 ti. If you want to go 5000 series a 5600 would do fine, don't really need to go x3d but for future proofing sure, as long as you're upgrading the gpu before the cpu.

the 3000 series are still great value champions, I daily drive a 3600 and another pc with a 5600x and they still both run the most recent stuff amazingly
