What would you call a SBP 164-189 and DBP 80-95 Blood Pressure as I suffer it and my brother too has the same issue ok
High blood pressure or hypertension is based on at least two separate readings. Your values would be categorized as stage 2 hypertension. It is really important you talk to your primary care doctor/family doctor about how to control your blood pressure.

My Bnp is in the notmal range but is there anything I can do to improve the low pressures??
Important to talk to your doctor about why your blood pressures may be low. Medications , heart dysfunction, electrolyte abnormalities, or a combination of all these could contribute.
I was so glad this heart failure was not caused by smoking
It is important to quit smoking smoking if diagnosed with heart failure as smoking significantly increases the risk of heart attack and decreased heart function. Thank you for watching!
