Hertz is OK, can't say it isn't but surely not the best and that dsp is an ic amp not mosfet which come which comes with massive limitations compared to a stand alone mosfet class ab amp for the front stage. Also focal, Morel or some dynaudio ways would blow the hertz out of the water. Not saying hertz are shit they aren't at all there is just better than the title suggests but I've got used to legit videos even using click bait now 😂

DIYer but very capable. Wondering what is underneath the portion of the dash next to the factor 4” driver locations? It sounds hollow from some taps. I want to put in a 3 way component system with woofers in the kick panel, mids in the factory 4” and then bore out the section of the dash for some 1” tweeters. Cross over will hide under the footwell. Any help is appreciated.

Why in the world are you replacing the extremely efficient and light weight Neodymium magnet based speakers from tesla with old school Ferrite magnet based speakers that are less efficient and weight much more???? EVs MUST save weight as much as possible as well as power. You are thinking old school way from ICE vehicles. If you are going to upgrade the speakers in an EV, and even more, on a Tesla, you should ALWAYS look for extremely good quality, high efficiency, lightweight and high fidelity Neodymium magnet based speakers. You do not need a big amplifier to drive those neither so you can also save weight and power on a smaller amp which should also be an extremely good quality, high efficiency, lightweight and high fidelity amp. if you are going to spend thousands of dollars, do it correctly, a bunch of LED light show in the trunk is something you will see about 1% of the time you are using your Tesla while the sound will be something you will hear 99% of the time in your Tesla. Do the math.

Thanks Buddy! My 2021 has 2 screws you must access from top behind the touchscreen assembly. Your video was very helpful and jest a few differences for to pushbutton start and bigger screen. I was able to pull all by broken vent handles and glue them back together with your video help

and TIP NUMBER 1,you do not need rear fill,it ruins your imaging for a good center stage.take it out,toss it,or sell it to some kid.

Hope all the extra comfort features were to his liking before you took away his ability to change them with that new headunit. No reason at all to replace the headunit on these just needed a better line output converter and wiring.
