no, you should be able to do both. If you use scrollwheel up for tapstrafe and scroll down for jump, use the cfgs exactly as they are, if you use scroll down for tapstrafe and scroll up for jump change the cfgs to say "mwheelup" where they say "mwheeldown" and then use scroll up for super gliding rather than scroll down.

@@Bllksem but when im using scrollwheelup my game gets 30 fps. and i have all settings to Wheeldown.

@@woodie2863 Thats odd, either there is a typo somewhere in the files, or the game is using the configs in saved games which can happen too. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but apex saves a version of the configs in the saved games games folder in your user as well as in the cfg file where the game is actually saved. Just double check everything, if that doesn't help delete the files in C:\Users\your user\Saved Games\Respawn This will reset your in game settings to defaults as well, so just be aware of that.

Should work on ea play and origin, you'll just have to find the advanced launch options in ea play which I think is also under properties but i forget

You don't, at the time I just played with a capped fps though since then I've changed to un-capped. If you want to set it so that there isn't an fps cap, in the 3rd file set the max fps to 0 and it'll be un-capped. The line is more there to restore your usual max fps from the lower number that we use to get the 30ms timing.

@@Bllksem ah Thanks man. It worked but unfortunately i need to chose between super glide cfg and tap strafe cfg. I'm not ab le to get both working at the same time..

@@rahsad329 Tapstrafe as in neostrafe? Normal tapstrafing should work if that's what you're talking about, but I'm guessing you mean something different?

@@Bllksem no my friend..i mean tap strafe, the regular one..not neostrafe. I have tap strafe cfg binded to MWheeldown. I tried to experiment with your cfg file to see if i could apply both..but my tap strafe gets always overwritten..Still you are a big help man, thumbs up

@@rahsad329 Well you could change your normal tapstrafe to work on mousewheel up, or you could change the superglide configs to work on mousewheel up and then they shouldn't conflict. You'd just change wherever it says "mwheeldown" to "mwheelup" If you need everything to be on mouse wheel down, that should be possible too though I haven't tried it. You'd just have to change a few things in the files, I've put down what you'd have to change just below this. The mousewheel up way should definitely work, I know a few people who have done it that way. and the other way Ive just listed should work though I've never tried it. In superglide1.cfg bind "MWHEELDOWN" "+jump" becomes bind "MWHEELDOWN" "+jump; +forward" In superglide2.cfg bind "MWHEELDOWN" "+jump; fps_max 10; exec superglide3.cfg" becomes bind "MWHEELDOWN" "+jump; fps_max 10; exec superglide3.cfg; +forward" and in superglide3.cfg bind "MWHEELDOWN" "+duck; fps_max 0; exec superglide1.cfg" becomes bind "MWHEELDOWN" "+duck; fps_max 0; exec superglide1.cfg; +forward" That should work thought I haven't tested it, I just know whenever you try to bind something in a separate line it overwrites all previous binds to that button so it has to all be in one line. So you can't for example just add bind "mwheeldown" "+forward" in a second line in each file otherwise it won't work. I only figured this out recently when i tried getting controller style tapstrafing working on mnk, it didn't turn out too well, but I at least learned that ig.

So in a crossplay game, making it so that the timings for movement techs are even across platforms is cheating? Makes complete sense now that I think of it. I think it's completely fair that console players and people with bad pcs get a 30-15ms timing window and we get 7-3ms window. I see absolutely no problem with that at all. Over and above that, why don't you go and have a word with the csgo and tf2 communities about config files and see what they have to say about it.

I don't see why not, as long as it's not conflicting with anything else, and in this case, you can scrollwheel jump like normal and still use the configs for supergliding, they don't conflict.

I'm not really sure if you're asking why when you tapstrafe your fps goes to 30, or if will this make your fps go to 30 when you tapstrafe, but either way it shouldn't.

No, i've used it for hundreds of hours personally, and i have never heard of anyone getting banned for it.
