@jasonaltig985 it takes only a couple of seconds to read my profile, but not only have I co-authored theology books for the United States military, I am consistently referenced by professors in theology today. This isn't rocket science, but if it was, I could do that too.

@@FishermensCorner I am well aware it isn’t rocket science as science requires evidence which religion does not. I am not certain why you think I would have read your profile on here but since you mentioned it I did. I am not saying Marine Corps chaplains don’t exist but as a former FMF Corpsman for 13.5 years every chaplains assistant I knew was a Navy RP. Not only do I have a BA in theology but not is from Southwestern Adventist University so I am quite versed in Adventist apologetics as well as I used to advocate for them. Please tell me more about how my “foundation is insufficient” though. Let my guess my “heart wasn’t in the right place or open”, or I was never really a believer. Something to that extent right?

@jasonaltig985 correct, I dealt with tactical air operations, and was detached for a temporary duty as a chaplain's assistant. My Theology and background was more than sufficient that my skills and talents were leveraged by the Navy to detach me from my normal duties. However, since you wonder how your background is insufficient, CS Lewis points out the natural urge for humans to find God; we now know this as religiosity, and it is genetic.... it has nothing to do with your heart... hilarious self-own. I'm no supporter of Cs lewis, and I make fun of it in my sermon that's uploaded, but to deny his profound reasoning and relational examples suggest there's something deeply, personally off about your perception. Southwestern? Do you mean Southern Adventist University in Tennessee?

Have you actually seen what’s going on in the world lately? We are about 5 hot seconds from WWIII, to name one small example just how “awesome” things are in the world at the moment. Take Christianity away, you lose almost every charity group as well. Be careful what you ask for….

People are so confused nowadays, they even believe they can decide if they are male or female. We're not doing fine at all. Just look at the growing suicide rates and birth rates in the West.

Explain the birthrates, suicide rates, gender transition rates (castration of children) and current threat of war.

I'm also doing this, there is something that pulls me so strongly to the words in this book. I'm glad I'm not alone! Question, are you christian? I've been an atheist all my life, but this book is moving me to God.

@@GroundBeef1 You may not have been asking me, but I feel like I have something to share here. I was a staunch atheist for the first 40 years of my life. I required proof, and was a fervent skeptic. I now have faith beyond any reasonable doubt in my mind. Everything changed for me overnight by accepting Christ. It has been incredibly profound.

I appreciate everyone’s support. I hadn’t noticed till know. Im learning and getting support from some unexpected places. My neighbour for the last 9 years is Christian and while we have always had a great relationship, they were religious and I wasn’t. Being ignorant in this area I decided to reach out and they’re committed to helping me learn. I have had so many unexpected positive conversations about my confused new outlook. It is remarkable how many people are also feeling this.

Satan is created along with all the other sons of God (watchers, angelic beings,ect.) but the Triune God is the creator.

“It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.” Who can know they need a doctor unless the examine themselves and admit they need the cure. And also in accepting the cure, partaking in that cure.

God nor Christ would not want people with poor mental health to be deprived of medical treatment for their mental health anymore than medical treatment for any other illness.

What you, and your generation, call mental health, those of us who know the Truth call a sinful soul. The real Christ (not the fake christ of the soft cushy american cross) offers the cure for a sinful soul (what you falsely call poor mental health). Changing the salvation of sinful souls into the cure of sick minds is american idolatry. You would do well to repent, and stop preaching a false gospel.
