Some of the English texts is incorrect. Particularly the part in the story when the friends start running together. It's should be "ils" instead of "il." Never the less, this is a great resource.

Major language at local school…English During the 1960s punished at local school for speaking French and ……….punished at home for speaking English …….similar situation for French Acadian Children throughout French Acadian villages
