My 1st ever album purchase (official cassette, I was with no record player at that time) was Maiden's Powerslave in 1986 at 9th grade. Sometimes I jokingly wonder to myself, what would happened instead of 2 Minutes To Midnight, if Argonne Forest was my virgin touch with metal. Way beyond its time, and no matter Ron Jarzombek is a guitar scientist, I preffer this to the (obviously better) following release. I can't really undestand also, the whole whining I've periodically read for the production or the drums sound. Everything is crystal clear.

Back in the eighties I was a lead singer for a metal band. We got to open for these guys in Florida. We were from Texas but Oliva had heard about us and had us get on a bus to Florida. When Savatage came out, MAN YOU COULD FEEL THE VIBE!!!!! They truly were underrated. They were a crucial piece in Metal history. All their music evolved. I have every single album they put out.

Like to think when (maybe) the band decide to Put less volumen to the guitar to make bass sounds more clearly or maybe is just a supposition and the final equalization on this LP is good

Peut être le sommet avec le précédent de la carrière d'Accept avec le nain hurleur Udo à leur tête, tjs aussi bon 40 ans après et ça reste un des groupes le plus bourrin avec Judas au niveau européen. Avec ce côté ultra engagé en plus. Je serais même pas étonné que les mecs de Sépultura écoutais ça ado. Quand on sait que Lars Ulrich est un fan d'Accept et que ce groupe fait parti des influences des trasheux US.

Al fin logré conseguirme el CD edición 1997 UK. Tambien tengo el vinilo de 1983 edición UK comprado de segunda mano en ebay. En ambos discos gasté mucho dinero pero no me importó porque es un material muy cotizado por amantes del heavy metal. Es muy posible que esté disco sea de los primeros en este sonido heavy metalero mucho antes de que metallica lanzara el Kill 'Em All. Los riff del Loose 'N Lethal son majestuosos. Es por lejos mi disco favorito de heavy metal ochentero.
