    So there is a significant difference between wrapping ribs with the shiny side facing in versus facing out? And wrapping it with the flat side facing in is what "actually keeps the heat inside"?     Stopped watching as soon as I saw the ring on the finger. Can you even imagine what grows between the ring and the finger. All the soap and other stuff the hands got in. Having hand jewellery while cooking tells straight away the level of hygiene in this kitchen.

    You never microwave it, you stick it in a frying pan on the stove to get all of the moisture out of it, constantly stirring to release the steam, and then you don't have to put it in a towel to squeeze the liquid out, go to chef Buck's channel, on cauliflower pizza crust, also you just graded with a grader, you don't turn it into a liquid in a food processor, and chef Buck is hilarious, I like his round cauliflower pizza crust video he's got a couple of them

    Chef Brik, tell us how you first got the nerve to wrap meat with plastic and put it in an oven. I would have thought plastic in an oven at 200 degrees would melt.

    The BEST way to cook baby back pork ribs>>>>>250 degrees/ 3 1/2 hrs covered. Add 2 tbls of white wine vinegar---elevate the ribs by using a rack/celery sticks---add 1 can chicken broth & 1/2 can of water. I PROMISE YOU'LL NEVER COOK ANOTHER WAY AGAIN!

    You really don't need any plastic wrap at all. I use Emeril's method and just wrap the rack well in aluminum foil in a pan. Then, uncover, add bbq sauce, and back in for 15.

    First time I’ve ever wanted to make a cauliflower crust pizza. I experiment lots with keto baking, etc. Have tried a few keto pizza ideas. Recently tried cauliflower crust from a pizza place and was surprised how good. So I’m definitely gonna try this. Congrats on a great video.
