Interesting time line theories. Started my own several years ago but just found yours. Mine is influenced by Steve Rudd. There are some issues with leaving out the Samaritan Pentateuch. In the DSS were proto-Samaritan copies in the pre-exile script indicating that the Smaritan Pentateuch is much older than 200-120AD and likely even dates older than Ezra's compilation of the scriptures. This means that their dates which before the flood match with the MT show that those were not changed as one would have expected. I date the food to about 3309 BC and the Exodus to about 1593 BC. Taking into account Ezekiel 4 and Acts 13 and the fact that 1 Kings 6 the 480 years is likely a scribal note. Steve Rudd also attributes the changes to the MT to Rabbi Halafta in 160AD.

The reason it says the Canaanites will never again be in the house of the Lord is because the people that are in control of Israel today are of Canaanite stock. This was proven by genetic analysis. They are mostly Philistine, Amorite and Hittite mixture that lived in the Northern Canaan (the Lebanese are the closest to the Canaanites today). After this discovery they are now saying that Canaanites were a Semitic people but the scriptures say they were Hamites. The Canaanites after being decimated by Joshua and the Israelites mixed with the northern nations and became a mix of Hamitic and Japhetic peoples. Y haplogroup J2 (the prominent haplogroup of today's Jews and Turks) was found in ancient Canaanite graves, go figure. Now they are in the Holy Land in the synagogues practicing Kabaala (Mystical Traditions) and look they also came with Chiun/Remphan their Canaanite star god. The U.N. (Fragmented Rome) and the U.S.A (Spiritual Egypt, Revived Rome and Mystery Babylon) picked up the stone that Christ warned not to, they tried to fix Jerusalem, but they made matters worse by placing a mostly Gentile people in the land. Jesus brings the Israelites and Judeans back to the land all as one not the U.N. Donals Trump declared Jerusalem the capital of Israel in 2017, 100 years after The Balfour Declaration in 1917. He placed an embassy in Jerusalem and Planted the first ever U.S. military base in the Holy land. Very anti-christish if you ask me.

Doug, I bought both volumes of Rebooting the Bible Friday. I've finished Part 1 and I'm about 1/3 of the way through Part 2. I thoroughly enjoyed Part 1, as it was nice to see an organized presentation laying out many topics that I've discovered in my own research. It certainly makes a compelling case, and is mostly free of speculation. Great job. I wanted to comment on the association you've posited between YHWH and Huwawa in Part 2. I'm not sure if you've upgraded your "neophyte" status in regards to ANE languages in the intervening years, but if not I'd encourage you to do so, as there are many important truths hidden from the English and the Greek translations that are only apparent when you dive into Hebrew/Ugaritic and even the Sumerian. Relying solely on scholarly sources is problematic, because they are knowingly or unknowingly tied to Rabbinic tradition in the pronunciations and meanings of words. The same Rabbinic traditions that corrupted the MT, and which you've made an impressive case against. It isn't consistent to assume that the language wasn't corrupted, and it demonstrably was. Food for thought and maybe a good avenue for a future book. Using the conventional pronunciation of Yahweh, your conclusion that Huwawa and Yahweh were one in the same in the mindset of the author of the Epic of Gilgamesh falls flat. It's not a great idea to take words with completely unrelated meanings but similar phonetics and try to make a comparison, much less when the syllables don't match at all. However, the pronunciation of "Yahweh" is a story in itself. Suffice it to say, in the most truncated and brief manner possible, the vowel pointings for the Tetragrammaton as handed down by Akiba's ideological descendants and the Masoretes were purposely designed to: 1. Confuse the pronunciation so one did not "accidentally" say the name, which became a taboo only after Babylon (there are hundreds of passages that reference "calling on the name of YHWH" in the text, oaths were sworn by using the Name, and this elucidates the meaning of the 3rd commandment, not to swear an oath in the name of YHWH and then not fulfill the oath). The origin of the modern interpretation of the 3rd commandment (saying the name at all means it was said "in vain") coalesced around the time the original Hebrew vorlage was corrupted and isn't biblical, another confusion of the text from the Pharisees and their ideological descendants. 2. Remind the reader to instead say "Elohim" or "Adonai" depending on the context and the vowel points in question. It was meant to confuse the pronunciation, not elucidate it. Thus, "Yahweh" or "Yehowah/Yehovah" is almost certainly incorrect. With this being said, the most likely pronunciation (consequently supported by David Rohl as I have heard him pronounce it this way in several different videos) was Yahu-wah. Yahuwah and Huwawa are identical except for one syllable, and this makes a much more compelling case for the link you've made. One problem is Exodus 6:3, where YHWH seems to say (depending on how you parse the Hebrew) that He was not known by this name to the patriarchs, and thus wouldn't have been known by this name to the author of the Epic of Gilgamesh. "By my name YHWH i was not known to them" or some variation is the resulting translation in most English bibles. However, it's equally valid to parse the phrase as a rhetorical question, as the text obviously didn't have punctuation. The resulting phrase would be "and by my name YHWH was I not known to them?" and this is how it is translated in some English versions like "The Scriptures." This jives better with the record of Genesis where we find references to various people "calling on the name of YHWH" millennia before Moses. Linguistic concerns aside, based upon the text of Gilgamesh and the description of Huwawa, I find it difficult to reconcile the speculative connection, but it is interesting food for thought. I'm looking forward to finishing Part 2 and checking out some of your other books.

Thank you for your work. This topic is of critical importance and the majority of Christendom bury their heads in the sand in their unwarranted idolization of Rabbinical Judaism and its offshoots. The contradictions in the MT (and the apparent contradictions between the NT and MT) are one of the main points that agnostics or atheists bring up when trying to dismiss the inspiration or relevance of the text. How we went from the early church recognizing the authority of the Septuagint and the primacy of the older chronology to idolizing the corrupted MT as the KJV-onlyers and others do is a mystery. Tribulation: 10/13/2025 (Hoshana Rabbah) - 9/6/2032 (Rosh Hashanah). This is 2520 days as required by prophecy. 3.5 SOLAR years later is 4/13/2029, the date of Apophis. 1260 days after the start of the Tribulation, the prophetic midpoint, is Palm Sunday which falls on 3/25/2029. I believe this will be when Antichrist, mimicking and mocking Jesus, performs his false "triumphal entry," declaring himself messiah and king. Time is getting short. I don't know when the Rapture happens, but time is running out.

I am really so SICK AND TIRED for "christians" questioning God`s prophecies, only because they have no understand what prophecy is about. There are two different types of prophecies, one is to foretell events, 2 it is to prophecy what is God`s HEART! It was God`s will for Trump to be President, but sometimes you need to PRAY to SEE RESULTS! Instead of throwing mud at each other. Also... Who knows what God meant... 54:10 mark I think you're on to something with Ashur being a separate competing entity BECAUSE when you go back to Genesis, there are those who believe that Ashur broke off from the old Babylonian empire to form that other separate empire and then you have the table of Narions. The presentation I saw thought the motivation for breaking away was avoid persecution from Bavel, BUT that would ALSO fit nicely with your theory of competing Principalities, AND I think it's interesting that the only minor prophets sent out to gentiles when Israel was also worshipping false God's, were Jonah and Nahum who were sent to Nineveh of Assyria! If pattern is prophesy, does this warning and destruction of Nineveh serve as a warning of judgment to Babylon and HER chief principality?
