reverse grip is an EXCELLENT feel for this and for people (myself included) who have a tendency to get steep on the downswing.. I don’t know why more coaches/people don’t talk about it

I’ve been working on this. I just think of driving my elbow inside. Although, u have to make sure that u r full at the top first other wise you’ll leave the face open and shank it

How come Nelli Corda doesn’t shallow her downswing. Could it be it’s not correct for everyone?

Really like seeing the face/toe of the club where you have it at the top which is better in my humble opinion than the club face you had before at the top, which wasn’t closed or shut but it was awfully close. Now you’re rotating the club face going back and on the downswing you can go very hard. It’s an absolute FACT that we will get more yardage with a bit of club rotation AND we can hit a lot more different shots from the position you & Nelly have. If u have a strong club face from the top and then shallow the shaft/clubhead like you were showing with X Man yday you’ll end up with a gigantic duck hook, I don’t care who you are. When Tiger started trying to emulate more of Hogan’s swing, where his torso was tilted more and he had the club thrown over and almost behind him with that strong face at the top he kept hitting those hard right shoves because that strong face meant he had to post up hard with his left leg which he ended up BREAKING and almost losing after that wreck. Great work, you’re crushing it.

That exactly what I've been working on lately. Now I have the righties, lol. You dot realize how open or shut the face is until you start swinging correctly. Oh, and the extra distance from actually compressing the ball is so nice.

Hitting a fade will always draw my ire unless you call it. LOL. Left path should be resverved for intentional shots unless you are PGA level and hit fade on purpose like Scotty or Rahm. For mortals, fades leave distance per club on the table 100 percent of the time.

Good swing, try to keep your trail leg less straight during the backswing.

I am slowly becoming the most knowledgeable high handicapper in existence. I think what we need is an adapted dog shock collar, if you move your head too much in the swing…instant feedback.

As the “World’s Worst Bunker Player”, I am definitely trying this tomorrow ☝🏻 Thanks, Slump 🙏🏻 One of the best, easiest to understand, bunker lesson I’ve ever heard.

For beginners i recommend changing the flag for a 3 foot circle radius around the hole. That will prevent you from having an aggressive attack mindset towards the pin and leave you for a very easy putt to save for par.

I don't know. I got alot of respect for Bryson as a golf scientist and innovator but when I throw a putting mirror down from 7 feet on a flat putt everything seems to go in the hole. At my level (5 cap) I don't think it's worth the effort. I'd have to see it with a machine and a trackman.
