Was the Nobo you met Frizzle? I've been following her on Instagram. She's finished now! Last year, Bemis Stream was experiencing flash flooding and was over the hiker's head (Nahamsha). Quite a difference this year!

Your daughter is doing great with the videos. Let me nudge people that you don't work out to simulate exactly what the experience is, you work out to strengthen all the tendons, ligaments, and muscles so they can adjust to the conditions on trail more quickly. Keep strong bro. Doing great. 🤘🕓
