To get to Kuwait we have to cross national borders. We spend most of our time at these controls. Kuwait welcomes us with dream roads and a modern infrastructure. We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in Kuwait and recover from the stress of customs. Filling up with water was the only thing more challenging in Kuwait.

Pour arriver au Koweït, nous devons d'abord traverser les frontières de l'État. Nous passons la plupart du temps à ces contrôles. Le Koweït nous accueille avec des routes de rêve et des infrastructures modernes. Nous profitons de l’atmosphère détendue du Koweït et nous remettons du stress des douanes. Kuwait empfängt uns dafür mit Traumstrassen und einer modernen Infrastruktur. Wir geniessen die entspannte Stimmung in Kuwait und erholen uns von dem Zoll-Stress. The mountains in the north of Iran are really impressive. The nice people we meet in the mountains are from the Red Crescent and are inviting us over for tea. The exception in the mountains is the employee of the state oil company, he takes himself a little too seriously. Love Kuwaitis, and you're going to love Oman, try the mussandam penninsula and the small villages on the east side, Lima is great. Also go down the far South to Salalah and it's Monsson season so it's incredibly green and verdant. I've lived in the UAE 20 years now, and outside of Dubai (I'm in Ras Al Khaimah) it's wonderful. You got me hooked on your channel when you were in Chile and South America in general. Your patience is incredible!

As my tires are only awkward, I use the 1" flex bar to brake the nuts loose. As they are the 19.5" tires. So once loose I use the 1/2" ratchet to remove them. Tire removed/put back on. Then use the 1/2" ratchet with the adapter 1/2"to 3/4 for to tightening the nuts. Using about ?? 100 lbs force on the ratchet, then on the 3/4" ratchet, then to the 1 inch flex bar then to tighten mine to 400 lbs. I suspect that those are just under 500 ft lbs?? { ???? 486?? perhaps. So my torque wrench should work for those as well? I think that a 1/2" ratchet should lower but to ?? lift as well ??? Thanks I always have to analyze what I see. Don't know whom it was but saw one of them in town this after noon. cheers good travels.

I’m amazed at the scenery you guys often happen up on. It is beautiful. How you two manage to keep the resources necessary for these amazing and often distant destinations under control is a mystery to me. The fuel cost and purchase locations alone would keep me up at nights. Not to mention your daily intake of food and water etc. keep up the excellent work. Wir hatten einen Durchschnitt von 0.06 CHF pro Liter. Es gibt einen Touristenpreis, der doppelt so hoch ist wie der Preis für Iraner.
