21:07 that is very thruth yes, I was trembling inside more and more day afther day and one day I get very fear that my mother sees this and I said that I did not whant the Holy Spirit and Gosh it was gone for months !!! I have presented my apologies to the Lord to Christ and the to the Holy Spirit and slowly by slowly the Presence is coming again by His mercy

that’s a question for your Pastor my friend. The doctrine of the laying on of hands is very powerful and so is the damage of doing it wrong and out of alignment.
If your pastor tells you, then yes, it’s okay. If you are already an altar minister it’s okay. If you want to be use this way in the altar talk to your pastor about it. If you are not at church and someone ask for prayer and you feel to pray for them to receive the Holy Ghost then it’s okay to lay your hand upon them. Same Holy Ghost your pastor has, is the same Holy Ghost inside of you. Just do God’s will
