Ralph and Kirk are two of the most annoying characters on American TV, although they're very disparate. Ralph is neurotic enough to be a perfect match for Carol on Empty Nest, and Kirk...well, every woman deserves better than that. He could discuss a plate of beans and make it seem porn0graphic.

I was 15 when this aired. I'm now 51. I didn't remember this show but I do remember "the name is Kirk" for some reason. It's why i watched this video (trying to remember). It pops in my mind from time to time.
