    Thanks using the video now as i do my 96 tacker!. Got one question, the stock thrust washers that go on each side of the stock gears did you used them? There is a thick and thin on each side in mine. Only was able to fit one.

      I don’t remember exactly sorry, but I think mines were equal. But the only thing that I did not reuse was the spider gears and their washers.

    Olá amigo, tenho um vitara igual ao seu e precisava do seu conselho. O meu vitara pega sempre a primeira mas passados 5 minutos a conduzir o motor simplesmente para, não soluça, não treme, simplesmente apaga, fica sem acelerador e só volta a ligar passados uns minutos. Roda bastante livremente mas depois de apagar fica complicado voltar a ligar e andar. O óleo não parece ter resíduos de água. O problema é que a água do radiador e do vaso de expansão está bastante pastosa e parece ter óleo misturado. Pode ser um sinal de junta da cabeça queimada? Não deita fumo nenhum pelo escape. Gostava de poder entrar em contacto consigo pois parece perceber mais disto do que eu. Agradeço desde já a sua ajuda e pelo vídeo bastante informativo.

      Viva. Na realidade não sou grande especialista. Tudo o que sei fui aprendendo sozinho, portanto temos que ter algum cuidado com os concelhos que dou 😂. Dito isto, se o líquido de radiador está pastoso, é sinal que está a entrar óleo no circuito de refrigeração, pelo que deve substituir a junta. Relativamente ao carro desligar-se, não diria que os problemas não estão relacionados e assim de repente não tenho nenhuma ideia. Mas quando tiver um bocado já tento ver se encontro algum caso relacionado com o seu. Se quiser diga-me qualquer coisa pelo Facebook que é mais direto. facebook.com/nuno.leonor.5

    Y por qe giraste el distribuidor si en ahí marca el numero 1 o no trabaja ahii eso no entiendo

      O distribuidor estava no numero 1, mas o motor estava com o piston 4 em TDC. Quando as marcas da camshaft estão alinhadas com a marca da proteção de trás, o motor tem o piston 4 em TDC.

    I just install one of these locks on my grand vitara and now I have some play on my Wheels , is that normal .By the way the play is between the pins and the springs the gears are fine

      What do you mean with "play on my Wheels"? Back and forward? If yes I think it’s normal, it is the gap between the locker teeth “amplified” by the wheel diameter.
