Stupid question, since this used to be a dead animal, how do you deal with the smell? Or more like how do you remove it entirely so you can use this as a blanket for your kids? Because I assume that, if I do something wrong in the process, this is gonna smell like roadkill of 2 weeks

Stupid question, what happens if I just skinned and scrapped it but don't do the board process? Does that affect the quality of the pelt by a LOT a lot as in I won't be able to use it as a sewed up blanket? Or is the quality only noticeable if you want to do way more detailed stuff like clothing?

Mr. Stu what most people don't understand is that dang near all furbearer's are so use to human scent and tractors/farm equipment plus automobiles . People don't think critters adapt by getring used to humans and machine wal around with there eyes closed. All they have to do is look at the wild critter attacks on humans in cities around the U.s.a. to learn otherwise.
