This is an ad I was asked to make to be featured on a billboard in Times Square, New York City. The song, "Transcend", is a 3 artist collaboration single that involved me, (Maria Davis), 7and5 and Anita Barbereau. Anita had the idea of putting it on a billboard on Times Square, which would feature her name and image, along with the album artwork. Here's some clips of it on Times Square in New York City.

Glad no one was hurt. I hope they don't try to resurrect those plans again. 700 apartments is way too much. Imagine if they were all occupied. This story would have had a tragic ending.
It burned so badly because it wasn’t finished. When it get rebuilt and finished it’ll have sprinklers and fireproofing on the walls. Hope they rebuild, we really need housing here.

Use cheap materials and don't include fire suppressants like firewalls or sprinklers. It could be disastrous for tenants, but such "ethics" maximizes profits for builders. And those profits are all that really matters, don't- cha-know.
