My game.

This hit me really deep, i started playing when i was around 4, even if i had siblings, i was a lonely child, i remember having fun with every player i can, meeting new people, joining clubs, exploring, doing whatever i could, and man.... it really built up my entire childhood, i cant forget it. And i never want to, this game saved me, and im forever grateful. I hate that we need to leave the old Star Stable behind. It breaks my heart. I want to stay a little kid forever, experiencing everything i couldnt, and could back then in the game. I want to go back, even if for a second, i want to... I wish i could... i wish WE could. It hurts so much, it hurts. Star Stable isnt just a simple game to cry, sob, and have a breakdown about. Its so much more than a game. So much more. And i will never be able to let it go. I wish we could turn back time. I wish.

2024 anyone?

Im from the 2012 version to😊 have seen it all come and go i miss the old times but yeh we have to move on and so does the game

they need to make one just based off of old OG star stable for the old OG players

Watching this while being on the game and looking back and forth at the two screens is so emotional

i played this game for 10+ years too, yet i think its not only nostalgia and maturing makes us attached to these memories, new sso is throwing out of the game all of the elements that were making it special, magical. after star stable was sold and got new team back in 2018 they started completely messing main plot, just look how lisa, jessica, katja, sabine looks now, its just disgusting and disappointing. many quests got deleted, as i saw even the story introduced in the beginning was removed. they took out of us and this game all of the good things. i am writing this after new characters update, they dont even listen to us, old players, who were with sso project from the beginning, they just added to already broken game unfinishewd characters and i think they arent gonna fix them for another 3 years, they promised us another body types, but soon its gonna be a year and yet nothing has been added. thry just want money money money and they care only about the new players who are unaware of all the broken promises they made. im writing this after another shitty wednesdays update, 24.04.2024, its all going down and its getting worse. good that we could atleast experience playing game with a such potential, that just keeps falling down now. it hurts to even log on and look at these things.

i dont comment on youtube videos often but i cannot get over how beautiful this video is. it truly encapsulates old sso. i first started playing sso when i was around 7 and now i am a freshman in college. in a way, we all grew up together and to see it put into a video is so amazing. i love sso now but it will never be like how it was.

I just wish they didn't sell the game.. now the whole game is ruined by the new devs, it's nothing like the old sso.

The barn doors and the cat is the first thing I always remember and get sad about when thinking back, lol.. and the music / sounds for sure too.. it’s crazy how sad it can make you when times change and you play a game for a whole decade

Can’t believe I’m 16 now 10-13 year old me loved this game I was obsessed. I guess the new generation will have fun with the new sso but I just can’t get with it it’s so different and just unfun now but maybe that’s just me growing up

its crazy what a game can do to you. I know it can sound crazy, but starstable made me so freaking happy back when i was a kid. Its crazy to realize im never, ever gonna experience the same feeling again. I want to be a kid forever, cherishing those precious moments..

My girlfriend has been playing since 2017 or 2016. When I showed her this video, she got upset and almost cried. I myself have been playing since 2018, but half of it is nostalgia. My friend just caught some of the times that are shown here. Eh, star stable, how have you changed😢

i’ve been playing since november of 2012. it’s going to be 11 year since i saw the advertisement for this amazing game. i still play the game every day but it’s not a large chunk of the day. training is split up throughout the day and if there’s quests, i’ll do them and log off after that. the game isn’t what it used to be and as much as i love how far the game has come, the nostalgia simply isn’t there anymore. i’ll be 21 in march. i started playing when i was 9. the current sso team simply threw the nostalgia away the day mistfall was released. i know we won’t get the old graphics, characters, horses, music, and sounds back no matter how much we beg the sso team to do so. but i have faith that we will one day as a birthday gift. a server dedicated to the old map, quests, characters, horses, etc. not only will it give the old players a revival of their childhood, but a chance for the new players to know what it was like playing star stable online in its prime. i still ride the old horses. i still wear the old clothes in champs, and i still play the old music when i’m training just to get that nostalgic feeling back. and every now and then, i get the adrenaline while competing in championships like the good old days. it’s moments like that where i wish the game never changed, the old ceo didn’t resign, and everything was mysterious, yet very peaceful. all i want to say is, thank you star stable online for making my love for horses grow stronger. without this game, i wouldn’t have ever known so much about horses, hence having amazing friends in every server that i travel to. thank you for being my childhood game and most importantly, my comfort game and my escape from reality when times got tough ❤

it's not just a horse game, it's a childhood. It was a part of us growing up. People find horse riding lame, but this game wasn't just about horse riding... It was the biggest adventure, the best way to befriend people, and afterall the best way to grow up. Goodbye, my sso journey 2015-2020 😪🪦💔

I remember being only 7 and being obsessed with this game bc my cousin always played it. I would always play on her laptop and later we got a laptop too and we got to play together and i remember when we were playing together we both got star coins as a present from our fam and it was so fun :( we both dont play anymore but talked about it a while ago how much we miss it
