I kind of thought that was the entire point of his character, he's a public personality meant to show the difference of skill/brutality between the pro and underground fighting worlds.... which is kind of hilarious cus in the real world its the complete opposite, no one on street beefs is beating a ufc champion lol, and illegal mob type stuff (more akin to kengan) while brutal, doesnt have a very high skill ceiling, largely consisting of former amateur/pro journeymen who cant fight legally anymore/general psychos, its also usually rigged.

Bro Julius was giving OG Broly energy, the art, the buff ass eye brows, the stern stoic jaw, and that monster mash ass run i knew this shit was finna hit.

A jobber is a paid role that is similar to the journeyman role in Fighting Sports (MMA/Boxing/etc), they are just there to either prepare a fighter/convincingly give them the W or (in pro-wrestlings context) show how good the other wrestler is. A lot of fighters in fighting sports set up fights with Journey-men to get a convincing Win added to their record.
