Hilo Beach Cruise

All folks from Hilo are well aware of the Keaukaha Beach Run. It's pretty much the route of Hilo's popular beach cruise. Many visitors asked me if the Big Island has good spots to shoot the cruise and definitely this is my answer.

Aloha! Sorry for the long absence. I've been a bit busy with work life, and I lost my camera. I didn't literally lose it, but it died on me. It was a good camera but he had a greater calling. Farewell my friend! On August 2016 I visited Bangkok for just a short time. I enjoyed the food, culture, and sights. Definitely going back again because I totally need a do-over. So here's a little clip of...

Aloha! Hey so I'm back with a brand new slight adventure. I took a quick trip to Molokai(Moloka'i to be exact). Believe it or not, all my life, a little over 30 years, I've never been to Molokai. It's always been a mystery to me. Out of nowhere I said to myself "I'm not going to wonder anymore" So I got on a plane and took a two day trip to Molokai. I have to say it was a trip well taken. So co...

Planning a trip to Hawaii but want some ideas other than Honolulu or Waikiki? How about Hilo? On this episode we will briefly cover the Town of Hilo my home. Hilo is the easternmost city of the state of Hawaii and has an average rainfall of 126 inches a year. Although it may be one of the rainiest towns in the world, when the sun is out Hilo shines brighter than any other city in all of Hawaii....

I love your Aloha spirit my mother is from Maui and my grandparents are from Kauai. Watching you makes me miss the islands and family. Thank you for sharing my brudda.
I was born in Hilo HI in 1949, at the old Pu'umaile Hospital by Rainbow Falls, & lived in Keaukaha, across the point between Leileiwi & Richardson's Beach Park! My father's office was on Waianuenue Ave, across the Public Library (spent lots of time there), went to Hilo Union Elem, Hilo Intermediate, & Hilo High (1967 grad). Your food are my favorites...how much$? Ono-licious, yeah! Fellas, too many died at the BPots (rope net sling at 🌈 Falls to catch bodies, so they don't go out Wailuku River to the ocean bay). I also lived in Wainaku on Ewaliko Ln; saw lots of eruptions & the 1957 & 1960 Tsunami 1st 2 waves come in...then did fast run up Wainuenue! Lived through lots of historical things there. If interested, try contacting me re events, places, people, etc on Hawaii Island. Thanks for the video post!
Ohhh Yeahhh Brahdah...., Molokai is one of my favorite islands. The Treats there are very authentic since the Kama'Ainas use mainly natural produces as their ingredients. My favorite ice-cream oh yeah is the Kulolo. Mahalo Nui for sharing Brah!
I miss Kapoho. I haven't hiked out there yet but I hear that Pele has created new hot ponds. Mahalo 🤙🏼🤙🏼🍄🐿️

Awesome brother🤙🏼👊🏼
“Oh so.” Too funny.
I miss Molokai, lived there 10 years. I hope it never changes, good people and good lifestyle
We spend 10 days on Molokai some 15 years ago. My wife and I are devoted to children. During our planning for this trip we contacted the local primary school and asked what we could bring that they were in need of. We were told that the youngsters like to draw. We brought art supplies, paints, crayons etc. When we arrived we met with the teachers who graciously accepted. Maybe 6 months passed after we returned to the Mainland, we received in the mail many wonderful works of art from the children. We were and still are very grateful for having the chance to meet and share with the people of Molokai.
Papohaku Beach has dangerous currents. Talented musician Randy California drowned there. It's a beautiful beach, but others on Molokai are safer.
Thanks for sharing , glad to get more perspective on this island
Not even from Cleveland but this song and the people in it are pretty dope. :)
mahalo brah
Let’s Go Browns everyone says we suck but look 3-1! All the way
I hope that the pristine, natural state of Molokai is not altered- that it doesn't become a tourist trap like some of the other islands.

Aloha HawaiianOnTheMove. This video popped up on CZcams. I haven't seen it in about 4 years. Did You quit doing videos? I missed the Big Island(Hilo side). Lots happened with the volcano starting in Leilani Estates where I use to live going down to Pohiki. We use to go down to Pohiki when Uncle Hale used to be alive and lived right there. Good old days. Make some more videos, Aloha.
I've swam in Green Lake. I can't believe its no more.
Kapoho tidepools were a true gem for beginner snorkelers. I don't think spear fishing was allowed. There's always Milolii. Chi, tight spears.
Pre volcano devastation?
There was a cure but not for those poor souls.
Who wen serve u I like know,, was it Kanamitsu ??? Not Fred Not Shigero is sunjin Gorge I don't think so Blossom na no can be ???????
