I played "P.C.H.'s" game for 3 years. Every mail I received a brochure of available services. Hidden therein are instructions you must follow to keep playing & they remind you that this lottery is 'free' & 'no purchases required'. LIARS !! After receiving, reading & filling out each letter & returning it, I'd receive another. I never made a 'mistake' & was able to stay in their game for a very long time. After 3 years they sent me a letter saying: "We can no longer afford to send your Lottery Notices unless YOU BUY SOMETHING." LIARS !! Liars !!
