I personally prefer hotels but I also haven't stayed at airbnb before. I think airbnbs used to be cheaper back then but now landlords charge more and more. So hotels so for me. Atleast I know there will be breakfast. I also don't feel safe staying in airbnbs now that some are being for installing hidden cameras. However my dream is to stay in country style cottages.

I disagree with projectors. The image quality of a TV is much better. And as for me I like to watch my movies and shows in the very light environment- full day light, or all lights on if it is dark. It is much more comfortable for my eyes. No projector can compete in this situation.

I am 68 and I am the same as you with the sugar addiction and financial insecurity. I think the more you worry about something, the more you will attract it to yourself. The law of attraction? I’m on a limited income and I sell at an outdoor flea market to earn a few extra dollars. It helps a little but when a dental bill hits, or a car maintenance bill hits…. ugh. We have all made mistakes. “What ifs” can only hurt. Focus on NOW.

You look great. Don’t stress about what anyone says . Your skin is so healthy. I do have an honest question, have you thought about getting a little part time job? Just something little to help with bills. No Hate at all , I absolutely love you! Love your videos ❤️

Kyra, Ive been watching your channel for years. I believe since 2017 or 2018 & I've seen you grow and change through the years. As others have said, you're definitely wise and mature for your age! Im just about 5 years younger than you, and there's soo much you've taught me over the years, so thank you for that 🙏🏼. But also, theres many times over the years where Ive felt I could relate to you, whether it had to do with the financial stress, mental health/mood problems, struggling with loving ourselves fully & having higher self esteem, etc. I noticed in this video (& i mean this in the nicest way possible, so I hope it doesn't come off wrong) that you're extremely hard on yourself & it makes me sad to see. You're incredibly talented and dedicated, youve created soooo many amazing and helpful videos and content that have helped numerous people, so yes, even if you didnt handle money in the ways you wished you had before, that's okay, we all live and learn and grow. I find with myself even, sometimes dwelling on the past or focusing on regrets, but that doesn't get us anywhere. When it comes to financial anxiety, I found changing my mindset about money really has helped things work out for me. Instead of coming from a place of lack and always worrying about where the money will come from, I make sure I keep up with bills, don't accrue debt, & stay within my budget, and most importantly, choose to believe things will work out somehow. It seems silly, but when you truly surrender to the universe and believe that things will work out and that you're open to accepting more and believe more money will come, in some way or another it has for me. Take a moment to recognize that yes, you may not be where you were once with a surplus of thousands in savings, but you're still incredibly financial literate and well versed! You're not in debt, you may not be making a lot right now or for the past few years, but this too can and will change! I have faith & believe that things will work out for you, especially on the financial front, hang in there & try not to let the financial anxiety consume you/try to get your mind focused on other things busy with something else instead. Things will get better, nothing is permanent, & this too shall pass 🫶🏼✨️! Can't wait for the days when you're in a happier and healthier place & rooting for you as always

I love the girl talk videos. Hope you still film them ☺️ also yesss i am always thinking about money and I also don’t like spending money on things that I don’t see value in. I really related when you said that you sisters are over there living their best lives (they buy new clothes/shoes/makeup/phone cases/fast food) but I always remind myself that they don’t have their priorities straight. One lives at home with our mom, one doesn’t even have a license, they are struggling sharing one car when they could have already bought one if they would stop spending money on things they don’t need. I’ve tried helping them with explaining the importance of having a budget, cutting down on expenses but at the end of the day, they are adults and I can’t make them change, they have to want to change on their own.

Kyra, I know you said you’ve stopped using skincare products! But I wanted to mention the brand Vanicream. they are vegan and deff affordable. The cleanser is at least $12.99 depending on where you buy it off of. The daily moisturizer is about the same price and the cleanser DEPENDING on where you buy it off of. And if you try it get the travel size cleanser first!

I'm exactly like you. I think back on things and think what if I had done this differently, I could have made better decisions that could have put me on a better place. I also don't have any friends. I have cut ties with people that were toxic. I just haven't made new friends since. My bf is my rock, I'm so happy he will stick by me no matter what.

You look great! Life can be uplifting sometimes through adventure and experiences. There are many free activities like hiking or a picnic in the park that can brighten the day and bring joy. It might be fun to film a vlog about some of those activities. ❤️

Kyra I’m in the same place. No makeup, no hair masks, not dressing super fancy and you know what? I feel good in my skin. We weren’t born with all this stuff and we still look beautiful. I’m thankful all of us look different it’s what makes the world beautiful.

I love this is definitely have a minimalistic wardrobe … it helps take guess work and one less thing to stress about , I have been getting rid of things and trying a minimalistic approach it’s helpful . I know Kim kardashian like very minimal almost to hospital type but what she said made sense she wants a calm serene environment and that’s something I have adapted in my own way in my life.

I am so grateful that you are real. I am 67 years old and I want to tell you that you are not imagining things. This is the worst time I have ever had in my life with finances. The prices of almost everything are out of control. Most of us are not trying to maintain lavish lifestyles. Most of us just want to be able to get basic groceries and pay the rent. There's an old depression saying that I think of much of the time-- use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without. It's still a very good principle
