Product Overview:
US Elite Varietal Juice Concentrates are aseptically packaged post-concentration, ensuring an extended shelf life of up to one year. This innovative packaging allows for transportation and storage at ambient temperatures, eliminating the need for costly refrigeration. The 19.3 liter bulk pail, conveniently packaged in a bag n’ pail format, at 68 brix, yields approximately 18 gallons (69 liters) of finished wine at 12.4 - 14.4% ABV. Each pail contains essential winemaking components, including COA sheet, recommended yeast strains, oak, and other fining and stabilizing agents, simplifying the winemaking process for our winery customers.

Can you save your sanitizer from brew day for moving it over to secondary fermentation a week later or just make up a new batch?
We recommend making up a new batch. A little bit goes a long way.
@@ldcarlsonco thank you! For second fermentation should I wait for a particular gravity reading? Or just transfer after a week?
Good question. When it is time (5-7 days) to transfer to secondary you will want to take a gravity reading. If the reading is the same as your OG or only reduced a few points, you will need to wait a few days longer in primary then check again. You just want to make sure that fermentation is happening and as close to the desired final gravity as possible, usually within 10 points or so.

Is there no sugar charge at the bottling step? How is carbonation created after bottling?
@jamesjob4307 In this video we are dissolving priming sugar and adding it directly to the bottling bucket since that is what comes with the kit. 32:45. You may use carbonation drops in each bottle instead of using the priming sugar.
I ferment to make vinegar, not wine or beer. Is there an accurate reading that I can get without doing an initial reading (specific gravity reading) and only doing a reading after I've completed the aeration of the ferment?

We've been using Warminster Maris Otter and Low Colour Maris Otter for a few months now and I'm really blown away by the quality. The floor malting is a little more gentle on the grain and we've seen improvements in yield and lauter times. But honestly, it's the best tasting UK malt I've ever used. The flavor is nothing short of amazing. We're using it in all our malt forward ales now. Hoping i can fit a barleywine into the schedule soon, the marris otter would be perfect for it.
