Can we use dracoslayer non-pendulum to add negate and ignis can search him?

Just built this i could use a few permutations of non-dragon slayer + Luster hands, those are the most awk for me and seem to be the most common opening because of the # of ways to Luster

I have a problem with (Ignis Phoenix, the Dracoslayer) master Dule the monster effect doesn't work when I destroy it as pendulum scale with my own card effect

Oh I get it now, the pend scales are wherever I want them to be and no one can stop me. Another fun fact is that anti-spell fragrance doesn't prevent you from placing your pend scales because it's not a real card.

If there was one rule change, I think Pendulum scales should be able to placed on any backrow or go back to having separate pendulum zones

Kashtira is a fun XyZ /Link deck, in my opinion. I use it for spamming Galaxy Tomahawk and making different link monsters. Honestly, with how easy it is to use Tomahawk, I probably could run synchros in Kashtira. I'm just glad a cool looking deck like Kashtira is good and isn't regulated with trash effects not worthy of its great card art. Konami has printed way way waaay too many cool looking decks that look amazing art wise but effect wise they're trash. (I'M LOOKING AT YOU ASHENED DECK!!) Edit: Fenrir did nothing wrong, by the way. If you can't play or push past 1 Fenrir or Unicorn, that is a you issue and yes skill issue for days. People can complain and moan all they want but at least Kashtira doesn't floodgate you out of the game. Ariseheart is a semi-floodgate at best and honestly is easily dealt with. I run him and he's died countless times to spot removal to the point that if you'd ask me I'd rather Ariseheart banned and get Diablosis the Mind Hacker back, HE'S THE REAL KASHTIRA BOSS MONSTER NOT ARISEHEART!!!

Is this deck good for the tcg/locals? Was looking to learn a new deck and wanted to try pendulums. Would you say this is stronger then P. Magicians?

You could also play Promethean Princess it can reborn Ignister another time. but thb i don't know how good it is inthe Dracopals variant but in Superheavy Dracoslayers it allows you to do almost full combo through Droll or Nib and a full 1-card combo and builds a board with up to 9 interruptions (even without baronne/borreload. i wasn't playing them anyways)

Didn´t you ever tried with shs engine, dracolslayer work well with this engine.

Given the pattern of the new Dracoslayers, I'm really looking forward to whenever we get a "Master Persona, the Dracoverlord". Not just because a good Dracoverlord would remove the headache in running Face-Off, but because there's a chance running original Master Peace the True Dracoslayer becomes optimal, and that would be sick.

One of the best advantage of any pendulum deck is that nobody knows how to play against it

Nice profile! I'm personally a bigger fan of the Superheavy version that link spams and ends on a tri-gate board. It seems to mitigate/bait out things like Nibiru/Droll/Other Hand Traps much better than this version, unless your opponent opens them together. However, Shifter is a much larger problem for that version, so there is a trade-off there, but I definitely like the extra deck flexibility the standard version you showcased provides. I haven't played in a while due to life, so I definitely have to see how it faires with Ogre and other stuff in the format. Also the fact Beyond adds, its restriction, and life point cost will always be the biggest reason that card is inferior to Electrumite in my book. We already play into Droll with the deck, it's unusable in time, and you can't play until you Pendulum summon which only makes the Pendulum summon more of a chokepoint. The only upsides are its materials, and lack of need for something to pop, but I think the fact it adds is more miss than hit in terms of gameplay.
