Hello there and thank you for your very very helpful videos. So my question is checked the condenser fan and it was good then the evaporator fan and it did not turn on so did the evaporator coil test and it froze up like in the video does that mean it needs to be charged too or is that caused due to the fan not working?

Please do some troubleshooting videos on BevMax 4's...I have had drinks falling to the bottom frequently. Do as much troubleshooting of common problems as you can.

Hi Alex always appreciate and like your videos thank you- Can you tell me what position on these e-machines you would put the rod for 16.9 oz bottles? A- B- or C? also you how many lifters do you recommend to vend these ? Would you use only the red- or same yellow? so only one? Would you use a can shim- or bottle shim for 16.9 oz bottles? Lastly what position would you adjust the cam setting to vend these bottles ? Appreciate any help you can offer thanks again

I have the coinco 9300 L. At what point does the coin mech start to dispense dimes and nickels if quaters are low? I noticed that my unit stops taking bills but the dime and nickel slots are just more than half full.

My Royal 650 doesn’t save the Price I selected after I save it. I program selection 9 & 10 it for $2.75 I save it then when I test vend it says it’s only $1.75. Any suggestions?

How do I reprogram these bill validator because I switched it to another machine and it re-created the same problem which is it’ll take one dollar bill two dollars after three dollars. It doesn’t take anymore.

Not sure if you went over this but I have a Dixie narco 501e and we changed the spacer and Cham for cans but don’t know what kind of shim is in there . I know there is no rods. We tried vending cans and was successful on the first try. However the second time we vended two cans.

Hey Alex Have you ever had to change out a backup battery (Timekeeper) on a royal control board? I have the older control board with the big red button, is the timekeeper soldered in or can I just pull it out and change it?
