Google's acquisition of Fitbit was a strategic move to enhance its hardware offering in the consumer health space. Matt, as one of the lead product managers, played a pivotal role in this acquisition. Really great video, Loved it! But when I read "Building BlinkIt" I was also expecting to get a high-level system design on different software clients used by different stakeholders, right from a user placing an order to it getting delivered. How is synergy maintained across different stake holders on the supply side of the problem. While shelf stable SKUs are comparatively easy to manage, I wanted to understand how fresh/perishable produce was handled from sourcing to delivery.
