IMPORTANT NOTE: My playstyle involves getting ahead of everyone, getting to 83 in 1 day and instilling fear to everyone. This affects how I build my PvP castles in some way. You might want to add additional doors or an airlock for a safer base or fully cover the sides with stone walls. Do whatever it is that makes you feel that your castle is safe. Have fun.

Hey Nova! In Dunley Southeast Special Plot, in the case of a DUO server with only 6 servants, would you also put them separately (3 and 3) as in the video or would you put the 6 together on the left and banshees on the right?
hmm depends how you play. is having 3 servants to back you up in case your duo dies, enough? if not, merge them.

everything except for maybe the last thing isn't unusual, and the fov thing could just be considered cheating since you have a peripheral advantage over other players...
fov was removed just yesterday. also, you can have bigger fov by using a utrawide monitor.

when isolated you can. when connected to an empty door frame, you can only destroy it if castle is breached.
can do the silverlight hills bottom left too?
hmmm bottom silverlight are hard plots. I dont see a way to merge all entrances into single one but I'll see what I can do

how do you make the trees shrubs rocks ect delete when you build? i cant find that command when im test building and i've been clearing then normally :(

I use `changehealthofclosesttomouse -9999` then bind that to my Delete button. All rocks, trees and grass have hp, removing all of it destroys it. So to clear an area, I just spam Delete while moving my mouse on every tree/rock/etc.
for build without items, just edit server settings to have a Build Cost Multiplier of 0. It should be on the UI if you are on a local private server. There are 2 kinds of teleport that I use, one is ctrl+shift click on map. Second is I have a bind that executes `teleport Cursor Self` which teleports me to where my cursor is pointing. Both command requires admin.
Nice tutorial! One question though, how do you deal with ppl jumping over the open spaces in frog or wolf and planting explosives?
if you're not breached, explosives will do nothing.
@@nova_nova_nova Another question, is it better to have 2 sides to defend on the stairs part (3 tiles), or if you find a way to set up only one, would that be better?
of course 1 side would be better because you can concentrate all your defenses on one but I'm not sure if that's possible without limiting the amount of angles of attack. you never want to have only 1 or 2 angles to attack a golem because it would be too easy for attackers to focus on it.

what kind of servant setup do you like?
I like the militia brawlers, it's called Militia Veteran now. One stun from them and it's almost a sure kill. Then the classic Clerics to keep you alive. Lightweavers for big aoe damage. Lastly, nuns for aoe heals. 2 of each should make 8.

ye theyre good vs players but not for golem. as long as you know what youre doing, do it.

If you coffin heal will it bind you to that coffin and leave you with no re spawn point of it gets destroyed?
Any thoughts on not having tele-porters at main loot incase you get keyed? Or if your getting keyed does daily convenience out weigh it anyhow?

I saw another players video where they showed that in 1.0 the pillar is now indestructible if it is connected to a wall or doorway (just like how the stairs are indestructible) but when you start the raid here it looks like you are hitting the pillar at the corner of the stairs to initiate the raid timer. I'm playing on a weekend only raiding server so if someone could clarify this it would be greatly appreciated :) Does a connected pillar have a hit box to a golem or explosive? Yes or no.
it is indestructible if it's connected ONLY on empty door frames. if it's in anyway connected to a door or a wall, that connected wall/door will take damage from golems when the pillar is hit.
I would get rid of the doorways at the top and the bottom of the natural stairs. Those are 2 things the golem can hit at range to initiate a siege. I like to draw them in closer so I can get on top of the golem easier. I love what you did with the 3 staircases on top tho. And everything else about your base design and room builds look great. Would you be interested in reviewing my castle design?
if you watched the first 2 minutes of this video, you would know that those doorways are indestructible and cannot be used to initiate a siege.
Bro what do you think are the best settings for a pvp server, like loot 1x,2x etc, daily or weekend raids, normal or brutal, full pvp loot or not.

nab question buıt at the begining of the entreance building, how did u place a floor to outer edge. i cannot put it. and stairs cannot be placed as well,it says either outide your territory or environment blocked.

no wipe is the same. I can maybe make a guide that compiles the similarities of all the 1.0 servers I've been playing. I'll see what I can do but no promises since we try to improve everything in every wipe.

ye. just replace the 2 stairs that makes the tunnel with empty door frames.
At raid hours, can you just remove door into staircase to lower platform, or do you have to remove all (pillar, frame) And how much do build to keep players out of lower platform, since you prob use it for flowers? (Non raid hour)
yes. just remove doors since empty door frames cannot be damage. just put stairs and surround it with walls and a door.

New player here, what did they mean by first wall is a stair tile, which can’t be breached? How does someone even raid if the first wall they come to is invulnerable
They just meant that they've used stairs on most of the first tiles near the entrance which can't be breached, but there's very clearly a pathway into the base. The problem for the enemy teams is they keep running golems down the gauntlet of the entrance, left or right, and can't break any doors or walls because the golems die to the defenders before they can break a wall or door. The defending team also leaves the first few doors open because an open door can't be breached or at least doesn't appear at first glance that it can be breached, so the golems keep trying to run far inside the base to break a door, but they end up in a bad position far from the outside attackers and end up dying alone.
Unstuck action to get to team fights, doies it affect durability?? Very useful tips though as aa new vrising player. Cheers
it will only affect durability if you have pvp combat debuff when you unstuck, that debuff usually lasts for 30 seconds after you got hit or hit another player.

How do I put the castle in someone else's name to do a test like you did? I made a server so I could test some things but I can't take the castle away from me
open your local server. go to your steam friend list, right-click your friend, Invite to Play. once they are in your game, you can now use them for tests.
