For a better nutritious meal, don’t blend it up if you worry about your sugar spike up. Plus eating whole fruits is better than blending, and adding in other stuff. Also, eat the WHOLE strawberry, green tops too.

El 5 de mayo es una celebración por la batalla de puebla de la intervención francesa donde unos militares mexicanos fueron a comerse unos pasteles de un frances y la cuenta fue de 800 pesos en dondd en ese momento el sueldo era de 1 peso mexicano, entonces los militares se fueron sin pagar y entonces los franceses invadieron el puerto Veracruz para llegar a la CDMX, en dónde el camino era en Puebla. Entonces cuando llegaron a Puebla, las tropas comandadas por Ignacio Zaragoza esperaron a los franceses con cañones y con ayuda de indigenas (no se si eran indígenas) armados con machetes y cuando llegó el ejército frances comenzaron a masacrar a los franceses y estos decidieron retirarse y los comenzaron a perseguir pero luego pararon por una posible emboscada o contraataque y gracias a esa batalla, México logro derrotar al ejército francés y posteriormente ganar la guerra.
