It's funny that a bunch of these videos and CZcams personalities don't ever refer to Mexico as the 3rd world. They just see a massive country with a booming economy, millions lifted out of poverty. Mexican government can't deliver water, electric service, roads, schools and infrastructure to millions still. I live in a city w @350,000 and trash pick up and reliable water is an ongoing issue. I am extremely familiar with Mexican medical system.in many places lack of supplies and people, run down facilities. Mexican is in a skyrocketing trajectory of improvement!! But it's not there. And certain things need to be addressed and no government.. not AMLO and who knows about Sheinbaum..@40% of Mexico is working on the " informal economy" . For those unfamiliar that means you work off the books, for cash, don't pay taxes, get the absolute bottom level health care and possibly a government retirement of a couple hundred dollars if thing continue in current path. Mexico needs to get everyone involved, Mexican government and Mexico are soaring despite millions of people not fully participating.

Juriquilla is constantly suffering black outs and low water pressure too. El refugio and zakia have the same problems. El refugio it's an absolute nightmare getting in and out especially at the rush hours. Beware they're also at the worst traffic zones all time.

as a summary from here and some other articles I read: 1) buying house in Mexico will cost extra 5~10%, transfer tax of 2% plus many other items of fixed cost, the notaria fees etc; 2) selling house in Mexico will also cost extra 5~10%, including a percentage of income tax if there’s a profit of property value growth than the buy-in price; and again many other items of fixed cost; // So if buying and hold too short time and sell, it would almost always be a loss, because of too many items of fixed cost, so it’s almost no room for profit of up-flipping, and under 3 years still too short consider the total is loss. Only if you hold 5 years 10 years, when the property value growth is more than 20% then is probably enough to offset all fixed items costs, and still remain a good profit? 🎉

We’ve never gone up the river to the Jurillo bridge. We will have to do that. We love Conchas Chinas beach and Qumixto! We have been to Conchas Chinas many times and the conditions can really change the experience. We were just there in July and the day we spent at Conchas Chinas was the calmest I’ve ever had there. It was amazing!! I was able to do lots of swimming. Our favorite beach is Playa Punta Negra. ❤
