Your list is not complete, there is Mooikloof mega city in Pretoria, Nkosi City on Krugar National park, African coastal city in Eastern Cape, Vaal river city in Gauteng Vaal, Westown Shongweni in KZN....to name a few smart cities under construction.

I'm a Nigerian and my best City in Africa are... Nairobi, Johannesburg , Capetown, Addis Ababa, and Kigali. Lagos Nigeria is nowhere to be compared to any city in Africa. Lagos is a complete slum. I can't even spend a week there. Stupid government that are bent on bringing that great country so low among the communities of Nations
