Sir, Legal Service Authority is to provide justice to the needy people. But practically Justice is not transpired. Most of the advocates from LSA misled the people in civil cases. They do not try to file a matter on the merit. This is the ground reality. I am also suffered by lawyer in the labour Court. The fact which was required to write in my pleading was not written. Therefore I come to an conclusion that every where getting justice is not easy, provided a litigant must have their own effort to get justice. However, a needy person could not be able to think to get justice.

It's shameful to see in 21st century also people talk rather promote in favour of reservation based on caste. Where there is dire need for reservation for financially backwards irrespective of caste and creed. Caste and creed based reservations are not only beneficial for financially solvent minorities in reality its depriving the true needy class of the mass benefitting from affirmative action. More surprisingly Prof. Mustafa very intelligently used the veil of his sophisticated words to launch attack against the most deserving CM, Mr. Yogi and his policies in order to quench his political ill-motive and orientation. The actual purpose of this lecture is solely divert the attention of people by politicizing from the root of the persisting issues needs to be addressed.
