@@wtam69 Ha! Even better! Years ago the shifter cable broke on my wife's 2000 Camry. For whatever reason it was difficult to move and it finally broke. They used a cable connected to a polished metal bar, at the end of that was a plastic eyelet that was an interference fit on the bar. That's where it snapped off. There's no replacement other than the entire cable, with a lot of labor. So I did a similar repair, but without welding. I used part of a spent gas shock (like the kind that sometimes holds hoods and trunks up), hacksawed off the metal end of that, that was connected to a similar polished bar. I made a "splint" of the two bars, similar to what you did, using a couple of hose clamps. Not only did it fix it, it shifted a lot more smoothly. That repair lasted many more years until the car got t-boned. If it weren't for that, I'm sure it would still be doing just fine today. Sometimes temporary repairs are good enough to be permanent.

@@jaykay18 Would have made a nice video. A similar story happened to me (maybe I retold it to u already) with the accelerator cable in my Ford. It broke on the BQE and i replaced the cable with a nylon strap found on the side of the road. I tie it to the throttle and pass the strap through the firewall. It was hard to use the strap as I wrapped it around my finger to control the throttle. Made it home ok but the finger was a little sore.

@@wtam69 No, you never told me that story. Excellent story, that's being resourceful. That was luck you found that strap. When the shifter cable broke on the car I was able to move the "bell crank" on the transmission by hand under the hood. I had to rely on the parking brake to hold the vehicle so it wouldn't run me over, because I couldn't start it in gear because of the neutral safety switch. Got it home fine, parking brake, shut the engine, and shifted it back to Park.

I’m looking for one myself. My current one is 1080P but I want one that can record inside the cabin as well.

If you are talking about the latch at the front of the engine compartment, then you have to see what screws or bolts are attaching the latch to the chassis and then loosen them.

The dryer has a lint filter but it’s not on the door itself. It’s in the front panel about one and a half foot from the ground. Most lint filter are located there.

Correction, because it’s 2 in 1 unit so the front panel of the dryer is not close to the ground. The filter is on the front panel. Some 24 inch models’ filter is on the back wall.

@@wtam69 Yes, the front panel, and inside the door has holes all over that funnel the lint into the filter.

Steady green means battery is in the correct voltage range. When the grebe light in middle slowly flashes, it means battery level is full. Hope this helps my friend.

This after using my washer the other day, giving up after a shut down, then the next day it was happy again. I googled the problem, I lasted 45 seconds with the first video I found, too much blabber, but your video was direct to the point and spot on accurate. THANK. YOU.

@@greatlakesram9662 Most people will not think of releasing the pressure again because you are supposed to prefill the pump so it wouldn’t run without water and damaging it. By filling up the pump they don’t think there could be pockets of air and pressure buildup. Anyway, it’s a small point but can cause starting issues.

If you mean you want to disable the WiFi broadcasting, you have to go through the setup process again and when it ask for a connection, give it your WiFi but provide a wrong password. When you do this, you will not be able to update your firmware through the WiFi. Alternatively, you can open your Ecoflow app and unlink it and relink it to the wrong password.

There’s a push on connector to the battery. Remove the negative cable and wait 10 seconds to reconnect. The backup battery will be recharged in a few hours. Reset router by unplugging and reconnecting power supply after a few seconds.

The fan has to turn freely. Make sure it’s not rubbing on the magnet sensor but not so far away it won’t sense the fan turning.

Imagine you try to find the speaker icon and then lose the hard to connect call.

Try resetting the BMS. Press power on button, then turn off. Turn on and hold button until you see the battery percentage button. Also try updating firmware if it’s not the latest. Remember to charge battery within the parameters. Get someone qualified to find and disconnect and reconnect BMS inside the casing.

@@wtam69 Yeah, I'll admit it was more reasonable at that time. Then again, I was at the casino every Friday playing video poker with the touch-screen machines and table games that used chips. We've all gotten used to the idea that there should be no risk in life. Some people hid away for those years. I lived to the fullest. I got the vaccine, but I wasn't going to let supposition take the best years of my life. They lost my confidence early on when Fauci lied by saying masks weren't of any use (which he later admitted was a lie).
