Nice work. Hope next time you do one with an uneven Stone. I have some unpolished fluorite Stones that I'd like to set into rings. Eventually a necklace pendant and even earrings.

What gage of wire is this? Or, the easiest to use as a beginner?
This is 18 gauge dead soft. Most beginners start with 20 gauge.

When you coil, you aren’t explaining what you are doing. What wires are you going through.
Idk how else to explain it. I'm literally showing the exact process and what wires are being wrapped via video. If you can't see what I'm doing, maybe adjust your picture quality? Cuz I cannot fathom how you can't see what wires are being wrapped as I'm literally showing myself wrapping them.
I have been making copper wire jewellery and always like to see how others make clasps and finish off their designs. Yours are beautiful and the video is very well done, inspiring to watch thank you x

Every state has a rock hounding club. Look up the Colorado one. Lots of geologists are members and you can get the inside scoop on places to dig. There are also tons of rock hounding books you can get that list spots. And mindat.org has lots of info.
