The issue is not Louisa’s reaction, the issue is our cultural view around infertility and adoption. In Africa infertility is a shame (as if you inflicted yourself) and the solution is divorce or marry a second wife (as if the issue can never come from the husband). Otunba could not adopt openly because his wife would be attacked, himself would be critized and mocked (why would you accept a child that is not your own? Why dont you impregnant a lady? Why would you stay with a barren wife etc) and Louisa would be ostrocized as an adopted children. Louisa is not mad for being adopted, she’s upset because the secret was kept from her from such a long Time. Plus us Christians let’s do better. When you have never been in somebodys shoes, stop telling them how they should react or not react. Just pray for them and let the Holy Spirit do the necessary attitude correcting.

Why do pastors in these movies not have handwork? It's more interesting to see God bless a carpenter pastor with more furniture making contracts than to see an idle man being dashed cars and other things. This is the kind of lifestyle that Apostle Paul warned Timothy about: that preachers should not be idle, eat another man's bread and bring disrepute to the profession. I would legislate that anybody going to Bible school must have either learnt a trade or has full-time employment of some sort, because it is lack that pushes them into all sorts of vices in the name of ministry

So many people are talking about Bunmi being spiritually immature. I think Bunmi had her best friend’s interest at heart and wasn’t being malicious. That being said, she’s young and has never been married. She’s no different than Mo in that sense. How can she be mature? Maturity comes with age and experience. That’s why I believe that as young people, our friends should be our prayer partners and confidants, but they should not be the ones whose advice we rely on for critical decisions, especially in the area of marriage. Personally, I have decided that I will only tell my single friends about my decisions after I’ve gotten confirmation from God and given my answer to the man. This way, I don’t allow too many voices to affect me. I decided that one of my friends who is married and has thankfully married God’s will, will be my confidant and prayer partner. I am also fortunate to have godly and holy parents, so I will be seeking their advice the most. Overall, I think it’s better to seek advice from elders who have more experience than us. Most of our single friends are good and great, but they do not have the experience needed to give us sound advice concerning marriage. It doesn’t mean they aren’t good friends; it just means they aren’t suitable for that particular situation. We can seek our friends’ advice in other areas, but when it comes to critical decisions like marriage, it’s best to listen to the voices of trusted, godly older Christians who can guide us. In conclusion, let’s give Bunmi a break. After all, at one point, we, too, did not know any better.

Louisa is an adult and should have asked questions as to why, how and what led to her adoption instead of just backing off like that, though it hurts but it's not possible for Otunba to tell her when she was much younger, it would have affected her. I think Mum Testimony has eventually received her testimony. I pray it's twins o😅
