    What about the normal dudes, who dont sit and meditate all day? I mean Im a carpenter. Running on the roof 10 hours, under the hard sun. Than I come home and doin my workout, im doin rings and run almost every night... but before it I go run, I water my plants, cause I have a big organic garden here, the watering takes 1-2 hours every day, I take care of weeds, etc. I seriously dont think that Sadhguru doin the half of my movement / day. Maybe the quarter. Also: the nutrition levels of our food is getting less and less, this is why many ppl having eating disorders, just like me: im hungry all the faken time. How could I do OMAD? :D Do you know that how much food bodybuilders eat? (im not one, im just doin rings, but... do you even know?)

      Yes, I do lift weights as well. However, as I grow older, my workouts are focused more on core strength than on muscle building, although I still maintain the same intensity. A healthy spine and core are essential for ensuring that your body does not become an impediment to the things you want to do.

      I'm sorry to hear about your injury. Often, if there is a weaker spot and you push it while doing Angamardana, that weakness will become apparent. It's important to address and fix that weakness before resuming Angamardana. Make sure your body doesn't have any major issues first. Once you are ready, Angamardana can take your fitness to a whole different level. Take care and listen to your body.

      One session of Angamardana per day is more than enough. Surya Kriya goes beyond the physical aspect; it also helps with your mindset and alignment with creation. Performing three cycles of Surya Kriya, which takes about 10 minutes, is sufficient. If you are busy and don't have time for Angamardana, it's okay to skip it for a day. However, I have a personal rule: I never skip two days in a row. Skipping one day here and there is manageable, but skipping two days can become a habit. So, my rule of engagement is to allow only one skip if I am busy.

      Back pain can be caused by various factors, including muscular and skeletal alignment. I will cover this topic in future videos and explain how to fully eliminate back pain. In the meantime, try sitting in Ardhasiddhasana for about an hour a day, if you can. This can help alleviate most of the back pain. Additionally, there are specific exercises that can completely eliminate the pain. However, don't do Angamardana if you have back pain, as there is likely an underlying issue causing the pain when you perform Angamardana. It is simply getting triggered. Address the root cause first before continuing with Angamardana. Stay tuned for more detailed guidance in my upcoming videos.

      Sciatica pain is often caused by compression of the spine, which can push on the disks and cause a bulge. One helpful practice is to sit in Ardhasiddhasana for an hour every day while watching TV or eating meals. Doing this while you are distracted can make it easier to maintain the position and can greatly help with sciatica pain. Additionally, there is likely a motion or activity that is causing your spine to compress. It's important to identify and eliminate that motion. Let me know if you want to go over this in detail. I know how painful sciatica can be, as I also used to suffer from it. I'm sorry that you have to go through this.

      Hi, Angamardana and Surya Shakti are about fitness and prepare the body for hatha yoga. Both are dynamic practices. Surya Kriya and Yogasanas are meditative practices, it looks more what we expect from classical yoga. Surya Kriya is like a gentle flow and yogasanas is a set basic/static asanas and then less intense physically. All of these practices are great anyway, but you need to be consistent. Hope it helps.

      At age of 50 I accidentally came across Kalaripayattu (more intense then anagamardana) it was bit challenging but am so very happy that i did. I practice regularly, i had sore knees and not much flexibility earlier. But, now i feel the difference. It’s been a year now.

      If I skip working out for a month and then get back to the gym, I will experience some soreness. However, regular practice of Angamardana significantly reduces that soreness, almost to negligible levels, if you are consistent.

      Dont focus too much on muscle gain, long term flexibility is going to improve your life many fold
