Ujjayi Breath (ocean breath) Instruction: A Breath to help Bring Calm and Focus
In this video, I'll instruct Ujjayi Breath, also known as Ocean breath because of it's sound. This breath is often one of the first types of breath taught in Flow Yoga/Asana classes. It's a warming breath that for many, can help calm thoughts and a chattery mind.
