If you wanna push forward rapidly is it benficiary to bring several backpack radios? Or do ypu move over to fix radio masts.
Radio masts at each objective. It extends overall range and pulls in more supplies at each point over time.

I like seeing everybody’s load out, I normally take a m16 with a grenade launcher grenades both smoke and drag law in short I take a lot of explosives 7 mags no pistol and 5-9 bandages no TQs but I run the morphine atleast 5

Great guide man, to the point, I love it. Only problem I have with the game, on EU servers people do not seem to communicate much, or they speak in their language, maybe I should try US ones.
Whats the best way to set MOB off the bat
It really depends on the team and my tactics on this have changed now that, with the new update, supplies are limited at the MOB on startup. You need to reserve supplies for guys spawning in and they need to be able to gear up to head out. It slows down initial advance but makes for stronger late game position if you take the time to make MOB and a few strategic forward points as ready deployment positions. Tower, Armory, large vehicle service (which now allows for building of all vehicles) and a barracks for defence. Hit it with 2 trucks worth of supplies to kick start it and have enough there for folks to spawn and gear up. 2 things are key, logistics and advanvement. If you cant advance then flank. If you can avoid direct contact and get behind them then cut them off then you can set their stance off. Startup MOB I typically make it so folks can gear up and get out. If the game swings us to a defensive posture later on then bumy that time therr are typically ample supplies for barracks. But at startup, forward movement as fast as possible is critical. Advancement slows once you are in contact so it is important to move faster (with a secure supply chain) than the opfor. Once you establish hard contact then you make barracks at those front line points and the points behind them. This creates a defence position there and allows you time to get around and behind the opfor while they are bound up at your barracks defenses.

I'm pretty sure the cockpit was based off of the actual block iii super hornet that is apperently taking delivery this year i think? but man that cockpit looks so good i wish i could play arma but my computer simply couldn't run it so... i understand it takes a lot of time to build mods and code it but i honestly wish there would be more carriers as well as an interactable cockpit in the F/A-18X Blackwasp would be pretty nice to have so i can get the game in the future

JTAC stands for "Joint Terminal Attack Controller" not "Joint Tactical Air Controller" FYI. Also, your 12 step procedure is hugely out of sequence, and there are far too many things in this video to try and correct. I suggest finding one of the out-dated J-Fires and 3.09-3 Joint Pubs to download online. You won't find a current one for obvious reasons, but there are plenty of slightly outdated ones you can read through. Those are basically the bibles that JTACs carry around with them and must know. If you want to be concise with verbiage, you can find out-dated copies of the Brevity Pubs as well.

Im not sure I can help. It looks like it runs completely different than steam as you pay to play instead of pay for the game outright...the permission and file system is likely completely different and may be very restrictive for mods. Steam on the otherhand has an arma launcher that seamlessly installs mods right off the steam workshop now.

Dude, I cannot hear much of anything: no game sound, no me, no Blade, nothing. That is until you talk. While you are talking all of a sudden all other sounds get to an audible level. When you stop talking all sounds drop to barely can hear them.

why use 9-line in cca situation?
Quick concise info to the pilot
EASCARTA GAMING no. 9 lines take much longer than CCA and they require clearance. CCA is simple. My pos, mark, target location, description, mark and remarks restriction. much quicker. No clearance required.
well gentlemen because our group is small and while playing on public servers, our CAS bird is typically off station servicing other areas. Our JTAC essentially acts as FAC and JTAC and may need to give a bigger picture to the pilot than a simple CCA depending on comms traffic and urgency. But I appreciate the advice. I have government training but zero military training and rely on others primarily for procedures such as this. Thanks for the info, I it gives me more to research?
EASCARTA GAMING Also, you don't really need to plan IPs. You can use key hole IPs A=North, B=East, C=South, D=West. So you'll get line 2 really easy. So if he's coming from 5 nm to the N. 1. A 2. 180 3. 5 point 0 or for ease, just say Lines 1 through 3 from A5. You can also put aircraft in an orbit around an echo point. So say the target is the Echo point, you could put them at E5 so they'll be in a 5 nm orbit. So for lines 1,2,3 from E5, that way you can have any final attack heading. or you can put them in the overhead, which will give them the best situational awereness because they're directly overhead. So lines 1,2,3 from the overhead. Then go 4-9. the overhead is essentially an echo point but it's just called overhead.

If the mod doesn't come with a sub folder then you would need to create one that would be placed in the arma 3 directory's root folder (the main folder). Your new mod's folder name should start with the "@" symbol.

It depends on the server settings, night vision is the green spectrum video which merely enhances the visible light spectrum, Infra-red (the grey scale video feed) takes advantage of sensors that can detect heat. I was using a ton of IR in this.

lines 4,6, and restrictions are the only required readbacks. for rotary aircraft, you would use a BP instead of IP and line 3 distance is in meters. line titles dont need read either assuming aircrew is familiar with 9-line format. cool video.

Tenisha Lynch BP's are used as a fixed point of cover for a rotary asset, it is a point behind a hill or such where they can gain elevation, release ordinance and then lose altitude back to cover. IP's or ingress points are used for both fixed and rotary wing as a point of ingress to an AO.
