great trick man! even better music selection!
That's cool!
Musical choice is A#1
👍👍👍👍
That's the only act on this show that almost made me cry at the end. So touching! ❤
Thank you for watching!
I'm late to this party, but I wanted to add my own congrats to your excellent performance. Y todavia me pregunto: ¿porque se alternan solos los colores?
Thank you!! Just on time.
Fantastic!
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching!
Great performance ! Really loved it.
Thank you! And thanks for watching!
I feel some warm from this.
Question: How do you practice card tricks to make sure you get it right? Because once you know how it's done, you see straight through the illusion. But there's only so many people you can test it on before they get wise to the trick. I have dyspraxia, meaning my fine motor skills were never very precise. I've learned to play bass guitar through love of metal music, and seeing you do the incredible card juggling with one hand is inspiring! I want to learn at least some basic card tricks, but I need a way to know I'm getting it right without ruining it for people.
@TheNightmareRider find a local group of magicians to spend time with. There are different organizations to help you connect like I.B.M. and S.A.M depending where you live. The best way to improve is in community and with mentors. You’ll find a group if you look around. Glad this inspired you!
Amazing Trick .. loved it. love 💕 frm India
Thanks for watching! Hope to visit some day!
Who does he think he is fooling I can clearly see two hands.
Ha! Caught me!
Nice show, amazaing
Thanks!
I love this show so much! Wether Penn & Teller are fooled or not, it always feels like a win in the end. Great performance
Thanks! Everyone behind the scenes works very hard to make sure the performers have a great performance.
awesome, it really shows i think! Have a good day
Amazing!!
Thanks!!
Because of Richard Turner, the dealing part wasn't that hard to wrap-around, but the "magical reorganisation" still stays a mystery for me, which is amazing
Glad you enjoyed it! Richard is the best.
Fools me! :-) Thanks, Chris, for the great performance.
Thanks for watching!
Just an awesome preformance. It is sad how we all sometimes put away something we and another loved because of a death or another reason. I'm glad you found your way back to magic. I'm sure your dad would be very proud. Hopefully your story helps atleast one person go back to that one thing they put away because of reasons. That thing that used to bring them joy. It's always hard because you think of that person, but doing that thing keeps their memory alive.
Thanks! I hope so too. It really was a magical journey back into this world. I couldn’t have planned it any more magical myself!
That was incredible to watch. I have no clue how any of that was done, but the level of dexterity required has to be immense!
Thanks a lot! It's takes a few hours of work. ;)
I hate that I’m only seeing this now! This was a beautiful piece of magic and even though you didn’t fool them, your dad would be incredibly proud because this was truly stunning.
Appreciate that! Thanks for your kind words.
Can't even imagine the nerves it took to perform those moves on one of the biggest stages for magicians. To me it really shows the dedication to the craft. That was some top tier second hand magic if you will (double pun intended) 🤐 I try to practice that move in particular because I really enjoy doing it and hope to achieve the same level of technique one day haha P.S. I also noticed that you actually take the time to reply to every comment here, that's really sweet of you man, much love 💜
Appreciate your comment! It has taken a lot of work to do all of this as you know. But it's been fun! I'm sure you'll get there if you keep going.
Well, you fooled me and I loved the trick! Great job! :)
Glad you enjoyed it!
God bless you Chris.
Thank you!
I love your energy and passion! :)
Thanks! I try to put all I have into the magic.
Dang so they didn’t give him the trophy because even though he had one hand, he is a felon. So sad 😞
Yep, that was the deal. haha. Fortunately I'm not a felon but that was a crazy story.
@@chriscanfieldmagic haha S’all good. Great performance and skills.
Deadpool
The original.
Looks like a hand to me 🤨 this is sus
Haha.. shhhhhh
Everyone is talking about the card routine. The coin out of thin air was beautiful.
Thanks!
Accelly, he don't invent those techniques, he pick 'em from argentinian magician René Lavand. Please, check him out, he was Unique.
Yes! This is certainly in part a tribute to the maestro René! The best.
I'm sad they knew how it was done because I have an idea but lord going back a few times I give up , nothing to see here. That was simply so well done and magical! real magic right up close.
Thanks so much! Glad you felt the magic.
So what did you for 20 years when you weren’t engrossed in magic?
Went to school for physics, ended up in film classes at UCLA, worked a little in that industry, then started a cybersecurity company. But I spent a good part of those 20 years mastering the guitar as best I could. That was and is a deep love. You can find some of my music on the streaming services. Thanks for watching and good question!
This wasn't a complicated trick but it was performed convincingly. The camera also hid some of what he did which is how he "shuffled" and set down the mismatched pairs. Great trick!
Thanks!!
a zero handed magician fooled them before. so I think you've got the upper hand here. sorry. you've got the advantage.
Ha! I see what you did there. Yeah, Mahdi is amazing.
if a trick is difficult 2 handed, then yea to be flawless 1 handed is nonetheless some serious damn talent. sometimes these videos i see i can almost pick out the moment a magician palms a card or stuffs it somewhere out of sight. but this one, with only one hand to really focus on and not seeing any obvious movements or twitches that i could assume is were you did it. man damn fucking good. hope you do more than card tricks because im sure theres a whole world of other tricks that seeing someone pull off one handed would make them even more magical and be like being a kid again watching that kind of act.
Thanks for your thoughts! Appreciate you laying it out there. I’m always working on different things to expand. Stay tuned!
Marvelous, marvelous act. The gifts our fathers leave us never stop inspiring us
How very true. Thanks for watching!
Awesome. Salute.
Thanks!!
One of my favorites.
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it.
I gotta give him a hand for that performance! 🖐🤣😂😁
Haha. I hope it’s the right one.
@@chriscanfieldmagic love your magic! Keep it up!
That was beyond amazing. I was truly mesmerised by your kindness and humble nature. The trick left me speechless. Congratulations on a fantastic performance. I really wish you fooled them.
I appreciate the heartfelt comment!
I love the way P&T let the magicians know they saw through the trick without giving anything away to the likes of me. I'm still puzzled and perplexed, impressed and entertained. Thanks for sharing, Chris.
Thanks for watching!
This was amazing and I absolutely loved the positivity shared through the performance. Maybe the card handling wasn’t a real magic -albeit it was an extremely skilful trick- but the inspiration and warmth shared was actually truly magical. And ultimately that’s as close as a human will ever be to the true meaning of “magic.” Thank you!
Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts! Glad you felt that way.
"Maybe if we work together, order can magically be restored." When did this turn into a JRPG?
Haha! So many layers.
I totally understand how you felt. I lost my dad when I was 15. You are more than a magician. Your trick was incredible but your story and all you’ve overcome is is remarkable.
Thank you!! I’m sure you do understand. It never goes away.
👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks!
It's less like magic and more like art.
Thankful you felt that! My hope is to blend the two.
Wow! Really great job man. They’re tough to fool but you definitely fooled me. Cheers! 😊
Thanks! And thanks for watching!!
There was another guy with one hand that did the same trick.
This was in part a tribute to the great René Lavand! Thanks for watching!
This trick is copied from René lavand the Best
A tribute in part to the maestro René Lavand! Thanks for watching!
Fooler or not, honestly such a great routine. I could guess at a couple of methods being used here, I think what really got me was the wash. Altogether though, so glad you got to be on, nothing but love man.
Appreciate those thoughts! Maybe the first to mention the wash section. I either invented some of those handlings or unknowingly used some previous ones. Thanks for watching!
When is he going to release this to the magic world?
Are you suggesting I publish this routine?
