30mm in length is what mine is you don't have to get that long but I would suggest it. You also want to put a locking washer on the end to hold it in place or a tiny drop of lock tight. You don't want that Nad boy coming out when you are riding.

It's probably the clutch. Oil it and or replace it. They are cheap to replace

Idk if you are still responding, but how much power does it take to run this for an hour or two? Could I run it off a mid sized power pack thing for say a tennis court or pickleball for a few hours?
It' pulls 100 watts per panel I have 3 panels so they pull 300 watts.

Just use a ratchet strap and make you a bead blaster. You can get tanks for free if you watch for them. And the fitting are pretty cheap. Prolly find everything you need at a local scrapyard.
Bead blasters are not too expensive and keep you from burning off your eyebrows

I tend to do a half moon all the way in the tire make a lil line from inside to out light off the line and good to go i do suggest leaving the valve stem core removed so it doesnt over inflat the tire to much and quickly attach the air after its filled so it doesnt deflat off the rim
