The question is whether this is ethical, this is fair, or not
“Let me refer in this context to a manifesto issued by the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (@ACEAauto). They issued a manifesto referring to the minimum safety regulations that we promote. And they said, "we are willing to put this in every vehicle that will sell on every market worldwide". To then add in very small letters “once it is required by the country”.
“So we see these non safe vehicles selling at a gross price as similar vehicles that cost the same here in Europe with all the safety features, I think this creates something of a nice additional revenue for the industry.
"The question is whether this is ethic, this is fair, or not.
“The @unitednations regulations provide a legislative and regulatory framework that is globally ethical.
“They are there, ready to use, off the shelf, they don't cost one single cent.
“I have never seen a national regulation that forbids to put on their market, vehicles that are safer than those described in national legislations.”

These all are bullshit...... Just one out of many a things that make a car safer for ride.... Actually no vehicle is safer in front of an other vehicle which weight is more .. Tata is selling only coz of " Safetly rating ".But overall what about their drivebilty - servicing -interior quality.. Very pathetic. Ofcourse safety rating is important but its like 1/100 factors to buy a car.

Suzuki only made coffins on 4 wheels they not had ethics and compassion for their customers
GNCAP collisions and safety parameters are a joke. 64 kmph is the least speed of any car on higways. Average 80kmph would be the speed of all cars. Moreover very few accidents would be with stationary objects. Most would be against another moving vehicle which would add up the impact and speed. So its best to collide them at atleast 100 kmph. No 2 cars would always run at 30 kmph and collide. What a stupid way to rate safety.

GNCAP now needs to include ADAS in their tests now. All other crash tests across protocols are now having that. ANCAP, EuroNCAP, Latin NCAP everyone.
Amaze is far safer but the new norms are very strict.Ask them to crash test Tiago ,punch and tiger again …with 2 airbags they could score only 2 stars or so
