Installing anti-slip tape on hardwood stairs

I made this video demonstrating the installation technique that I developed after installing almost two staircases. note: I am not measuring but I am using my pinkie fingers to gauge the center and I'm eye balling the edge trying to place it just before the stair begins to round. I figure it might perk up there and create a hazard so I'm sticking to the perfectly flat part of each stair. there ...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THANKYOU!!
very helpful video. i'm considering this exact model
Thanks so much for posting this info. Does it have a delay function, so it'll start a 1-12 hours in the future?
I see this video is a few years old so I don't know if anyone will see this. I have this exact machine and while it does the job okay my suction is nowhere near what yours is doing here! Does anyone have a solution or recommendation for that? I've cleaned the clear front section as best I can.
Check for holes in the hose that might be leaking vacuum?
I know this video is 2 yrs old but still want to say thank you…one of the questions you addressed was the long cycle. I just got mine today 2024 and the first cycle is still going after 3 hrs on normal, heat dry and sani wash. I stupidly thought sani wash is what released the liquid jet dry. This video helped. I went looking for info due to the ridiculous long wash cycle and couldn’t find anything in the manual.
I'm glad you found it helpful, thanks for the comment!
Do you know how to put this model into diagnostics mode?
Thanks!
Thank you! Just got an Asko dishwasher. Very helpful!
Why is the machine not pullung water out from the carpet. Its still wet when dragged back on holding the button and without holding yields the same result.
Your Video wasn't unnecessarily long, and very informative. I was doing it wrong. Watched this and carpet is very clean. Thank you
Thanks for the comment! I like to make videos that get to the point.
Thank you. In spite of considering myself reasonably techno-literate, the manual isn't very clear. This video helped a lot!
Cool, thanks for the comment!
Can you open the door while it's running? Or does it lock itself for the entire washing cycle? We have a front control dishwasher with a lock lever. It's handy to unlock the lever to open it... just in case I want to add something after it starts. I'm thinking of getting a newer dishwasher. I'm not familiar with top-control dishwashers.
Yes, you can open it by pulling and the machine stops running immediately. If you flung the door open fast it might spray some water out.
I’m 27 years old and will be using this exact machine to clean my carpet for the first time. Thank you for this detailed video 😁💕
Glad it was helpful!
Great video, in the market for a top control dishwasher like this one 👍
Thanks 👍
Thank you!
Question please do you mix solution and water in the same upper plastic container cuz some of them has different container. Thanks
Yes you mix it together
Super rinse does 2 extra rinses at the end of the cycle :3
Best video on CZcams!!!!!!
Never used one of these before and my bf was worried I would break his so I CZcamsd how to use this machine and your video was the 1st video!! Gonna send this video to him to see if this is what he wants me to do!! Thanks!!
Glad it was useful, how did it work out?
Thank you thank you! I feel like a caveman when it comes to these things
Does it dry well
yes, it has heated dry.
I can't believe this, I just bought a Kitchen Aid Top Botton control Dish washer brand new and the god damn thing won't even start. Now its stuck in some mode where buttons are blinking and I can't even change the cycles. This is redicilous I never been so frustrated over a dish washer before, with a simple procedure just trying to get the damn thing started.
How did you fix it?
@@gymboy2007 On ours you have to press the cancel button for a long time to clear that condition.
Maybe you got it on child lock mode?
When I run the normal cycle it takes 3 plus hours to wash the load is that long of a run time normal? I’ve never had a dishwasher that ran that long
Yes that's pretty normal with a modern dishwasher. They take awhile but are more water and power efficient. You can use the fast cycle if you are in a hurry and then hand dry.
I just moved and moved into my first house and it has a KitchenAid dishwasher and I’ve had no idea how to use it until I watched the super helpful tutorial! You are really simple and to the point to understand, and I just put in my first load of dishes
Thanks!
Excellent Demonstration✨
Thank you
You skipped the lock function.
You make a video of that feature. I have never used the lock feature.
@@show_me_howto Look all the way to the right it says lock. It keeps all the controls from working. You don't need to use it because the door has to be open to access the controls. On my machine the controls are on the top outside. If you just brush against them the machine starts. I have to use the lock out to keep that from happening.
It’s nice to have a countdown timer on the front or have a dishwasher that’s hooked up to an app so you can see where the machine is in the cycle. Not knowing how long a cycle is or not knowing when it will finish would drive me up a wall. We can request our machine to finish at a time we specify.
Neat, what model do you have?
Is it a steam cleaner? So important to use the rinse function after washing. You basically do the same process, except with the dial switched over to rinse. We forgot to rinse once and the carpet got dirty very quickly. Oops.
Thank you!
Awesome video!
You saved my life from food poisoning. Mine wasn't running at all...I thought it was simply very quiet with an excellent Dry cycle. Gotta hit Start that second time!
cool, you're welcome!
Stuck in Swedish. ?????
Were you able to get out of Swedish? Here's the instructions for resetting, that might bring it back to English: 1. Press the "Start/Stop" button. 2. Hold the button for three seconds and release. Select the program and options on the front panel you want the dishwasher to use. 3. Press "Start/Stop" to restart the dishwasher. You have now reset an Asko dishwasher.
Time to learn Swedish.
Thank you! After cleaning it I knew this was a wonderful machine to use to clean a heavily soiled carpet, but I seemed to be running too quickly through detergent. To travel as if it were a vacuum cleaner misses the benefit of the scrubbing brushes
yup, gotta go real slow to maximize the scrubbing!
HOW DO YOU LOAD IT PLEASE.
Beautiful! I so appreciate this !
This carpet is not being _steam_ cleaned - it's just being washed with water! Steam is created at 100ºc, when water is so hot it starts to evaporate. If you're following Hoover's instructions - which it very much looks like you are - then your water is at around 40ºc. I'd pay good money to watch you make steam at 40ºc! You could patent that, and single-handedly reduce the world's climate change impact. 🤣
You're right of course, these types of machines don't produce steam but I have always thought of the product category as "steam cleaners". I guess carpet shampooers might be more accurate.
The only complaint I have with these is they go through solution quickly and they leak
Thank you so much!
You're welcome!
This was the perfect video. Saw another one with 300k views that was garbage. Thank you for covering all of the essential details, especially trigger usage.
I'm glad it was helpful, thanks for the positive feedback on my little channel!
Thank you for the help!
2022 and just watching this ha thanks bud.
Thank you for sharing inforamtion. can we choose heating options with "rinse only " cycle
Do you have to use something for the rinse cycle
You don't add soap for the rinse only cycle.
Where is the salt placed?
This dishwasher doesn't use salt.
It drain the water and close in one mint and quickly move washing to clean and strat beeping.
Hi I just insosame Dishwash bit when I start in 1 min it close and beeping clean
Which model is that?
what a stupid design
For those of you who have this top mount control pannel, moisture gets inside screwing up the panel..... I found if you take a blow dryer and push hot air into the side door vents for a few minutes each side corrects the issue by drying up the moisture......still trying g to find out how moisture is getting in.....will never buy kitchenaid again!
gotta wonder about a company that thinks a non tactile touch panel would be a good idea in a fucking dishwasher
I haven't had this problem. Maybe there is a bad seal on yours?
